This place is good to take care of a loved one but when it comes to answering phones and stuff their nurses are rude they give u attitude over the phone and they hang up on you constantly I am not ok with staff that thinks it s ok to hang up on people and have a ride attitude
This place is the absolute worst place you should never bring your loved ones here there horrible In every way we had our loving sister die this morning and we stayed all weekend with her all to find out that she was not being taking care of right and her medication was being miss handled the staff would carry it around in there scrubs took it outside with them etc etc etc they never bathed her rarely cared for her left her in a wet bed several times there just all out rediqluis please don't let your loved ones suffer there end of life care here God bless our sister we love her and miss her deaply
The people that work here are some of the most dedicated people to the industry I've ever met. I could not have felt more welcome when I met them.
The staff and management team really care and love the residents.
I have found that the staff here genuinely care about their residents. My brother gets such great care and time. they even call me if any little thing happens , which didnt happen where he was last at. He is doing so much better now. They have activities he enjoys. The biggest thing is the staff is very involved with the family too.
Trying to contact them is a joke. They have a rude attitude and need to ask for things twice for them to be done right.
Washington Terrace Center has demonstrated amazing care for the residents. The staff are dedicated to the residents and put forth extreme effort to make sure the residents are cared for and comfortable. The entire team consists of a social worker, therapies, activities, nursing, cna, and additional administrators for a variety of services.
My experience has been positive and I'd recommend Washington Terrace Center.
