Washington Interfaith Network (WIN) is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1996 with the aim of empowering communities through citizen power. WIN is a broad-based, multi-racial, multi-faith, strictly non-partisan citizens’ power organization that operates in the District of Columbia. The organization has been at the forefront of advocating for social justice and equity for all residents of Washington DC.
WIN’s mission is to build relationships across racial, religious and economic lines to create a more just and equitable society. The organization believes that by bringing together people from different backgrounds and faiths, they can work towards creating positive change in their communities.
