I recently had an experience at this facility, and I must share my thoughts. The staff's communication could use improvement. it often felt like information was lacking. 🥴 The environment, although clean, lacked the warmth and personal touch I expected. Given the circumstances, more attention to individual needs would truly enhance the overall experience. Additionally, the coordination between departments seemed a bit disjointed, impacting the flow of care. While there were aspects that showed potential, I believe there's significant room for development. 🤝
