I accidentally left my wallet on the counter and the staff tracked me down at work to let me know then held it safe until i could get back there the next day. Amazing people!

Not friendly at all and have limited stuff. Yes they're convenient, but twice the price of Home Depot and bad attitude towards accommodating clients.

I needed a screwdriver on a Saturday afternoon and asked if they'd stay open 2 minutes past 6 as I live in the area and needed 8 minutes to walk, and the clerk said no, they close at 6 and to come the next day! Horrible attitude for a small business trying to compete against big box orange at twice the prices.

Off to Home Depot to pay 1/2 the price!!
