Great place, good sound, easy to reach the bar ;) and what is most important it's built in the way that even a shorty can see the stage good :D only minus was that it was extremely hot, everyone was sweating!

I am reviewing the venue only, not the concert. The Venue is filthy and very tired looking. I was a standing ticket holder so cannot comment on upstairs but I did have a good look around at the upper area when downstairs, paint clearly More

I'll be honest and say I'm a little bit biased when it comes to this place. Its carpets may be moist and walls may be running with the sweat of the patrons and beer is overpriced and genuinely terrible. The staff are really friendly, obviously love working there. The architecture and decoration are at odds with anything sensible, but they have the best bands, really good entry system, acceptable toilets and it's about a 15 minute walk from our house. What's not to love?

I went here to see Day6 live, and seeing THEM was an amazing experience. However, my problem lies within the organisation and the staff. My friend and I lined up since 7am, waiting to get officially numbered. Once we did, we were told that we could leave the line and come back as long as we knew where we were standing before. When we did, however, they wouldn t allow us back in line. We had to walk around the entire venue to get around to the back so we could find our place. We did, thankfully, but only because of the help of other fans.

Once we were inside, it was a mess and everything was chaos. My friend had my ticket on her phone since she bought them, but another girl quickly claimed it as hers and was able to run in. A few people with VIP were somehow standing in the VVIP section. I heard from other fans that they were heavily mistreated when entering the venue, pushed and shoved around by the staff and having to watch the show with injuries. Even I experienced mistreatment while buying merch. There was a long line of people blocking the entrance so I tried to walk around them so I could exit, but the staff shouted at me and shoved me forward so I collided with them.

During the show fans in the middle kept screaming for water and hardly anybody responded, only people right on the edges were handed cups and we were left thirsty during the show.

Hi touch was awful too. It was far too rushed, we were pushed forward too quickly and hardly got to even look at the members. My friend was pushed forward so she didn t even get to properly hi five one of the members.

I ll never forget seeing and meeting Day6 and it was genuinely the happiest day of my life, but the disorganisation and violent treatment from the staff made it much less enjoyable. I would like for this issue to be brought to attention so none of this ever happens again. It s a lovely, beautiful venue and I genuinely enjoyed watching the show, but people were shouted at, screamed at, pushed and shoved around, injuring them or making them sick. That should not be allowed to happen and unless these issues are fixed I do not want Day6 to perform here again.

Great venue! Great Gig and bar staff. However the security are terrible. We we're queueing to pick up our coats from the cloak room and we we're harassed by them! We moved up as soon as it was moving, however they were straight on our backs telling us to move up, even though we already were! Quite a few people were questioning what they're problem was. Not necessary. There job is to protect visitors not be a **** to them. Maybe think of a different security company!

Love this venue!

Love this venue!

Sloped floor means it is easier to see the stage when you are at the back.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The venue itself is rough around the edges but who cares when you are going to a gig.

I have been here a number of times and always had a great time. This last time was to see Cyprus hill and when we entered the building we were hit with a strong aroma of a certain herb!! We saw several people being taken out because they were smoking inside.

No attitude from staff or fellow concert goers.
