The coursework itself was fine, and my teacher was friendly and attentive when necessary, however those are the only positive things i have to say

Speaking from my own and others experience any student enquiries are a 50/50 chance whether you get replied to or not and of you do its probably extremely delayed

No attempt to communicate with me whatsoever was made to organise my simulation days meaning i was left in the dark for many months, only upon taking matters into my own hands and seeking placement myself did warner finally take action to give me my simulation dates, upon completion again i found myself in the same problem i was before "finding placement" i rang them and the phone operator said he found a place that was willing to take me, he gave me a date which he said he'd call me back to confirm it or not, Surprise! No call ever came back the only explanation being that they'd forgotten about me i called roughly 2 weeks later to ask again for help on my situation it was a repeat of the first time with them giving me a date and promising to call back, this time they did give me conformation, and everything was set

4 days into my work placement id gotten a message that my placement had been canceled upon calling warner to follow up on this the reason went something along the lines of "i wasn't doing the work and that i didn't show up on time every day" (i admit to being late once) but to claim every day is a lie and I'm more than confident with some simple camera checks i was in fact punctual all other times and worked tirelessly until my tasks were done, but warner was too lazy to fact check and at the bare minimum get my side of the story not to mention warner's lies of them promising paid placement and after 30 hours of work the topic of getting paid was never discussed

(Btw they never even sent me a uniform for placement)

Warner couldn't do the bare minimum for me they have lied and failed me as customer do not give them your money DONT waste your time
