Friendly service and very responsive to messages. Great quality items for any event!!!

I am Executive Director for the Carolinas Golf Association (CGA) and we have been working with Ward Productions (WP) for over 10 years. We are located in Southern Pines, NC but travel the Carolinas for various events and meetings. Whether home or away, Ward Productions follows us to all the corners of the Carolinas bringing a professional look.

As a side bar. we were attending an international event event in Monterey, CA (that's right... California) and Ward Productions made the trip out there to do the job!

Attached are two photos from our events. Whether its mood coloring. outdoor lighting, AV equipment, street lamps, heaters, etc. WP can do it and more. If you are not sure...just ask them and they will get it more than likely.

It is nice to have a professional group who covers all the details so we can put on our event with no worries.

Very friendly and helpful, but I came in and no one was there. I was waiting for about 20min for someone to come and assist me. But once they did they were amazing! Great company! Would definitely recommend!

Ward Productions is highly recommended! They were very helpful in pulling off our event despite the current restrictions. They were very communicative and accommodating with our changes due to the pandemic. You will not be let down by choosing them to help with your event(s)!

As cliche as it sounds to say: "I'm not really sure where to even begin" it has never been more true when I try to explain how grateful I am for Ward Productions, and especially Candy Young of the Ward team, throughout my wedding planning process and wedding day. This team went absolutely above and beyond to help make our day special. I mean truly above and beyond what we ever expected.

Starting with Joeli, she was so incredibly helpful in helping us to plan our rentals and figure out exactly what we wanted and what fit our budget. Joeli was SUPER responsive all the way through our entire planning process and pays very close attention to detail - she responded to emails right away, calls, and even had such a quick turn around on our endless quote revisions as we tweaked and tailored what we wanted (shout out to Joeli for having SO much patience with us LOL).

Then Candy, our "day-of" coordinator, and yes, I put day-of in quotations because although she was supposed to be just our day of coordinator, she was more like my 2-month-of personal assistant. Guardian angel may even be more appropriate LOL just kidding... but maybe not really kidding.... Because of the pandemic, our wedding was rescheduled multiple times, we went through so many ups and downs with finding a new venue, moving vendors, emotions of cutting down our guest list by eliminating over 150 people, wondering if we'd even be able to have a wedding even remotely close to what would even feel special or like a wedding (forget the wedding of our dreams, just something that even felt like a wedding!), and Candy was by our side every single step of the way, determined to make this work. Even when we were feeling miserable and ready to throw in the towel and just accept we weren't going to be able to have a wedding celebration, Candy kept us positive, and didn't let us give up. Cutting to the chase, the wedding went on, it was amazing, beautiful, perfect, fantastic, special, etc.etc.etc. and most of all..... IT WAS THE WEDDING OF OUR DREAMS!!! Can you believe it?! We still can't!! And we owe so much of it to Candy who jumped in and made sure I had thought of every little detail, took on responsibilities way out of what was ever expected or required of her, and genuinely gave us a sense of comfort and confidence in knowing that everything was going to be okay because her hands were on it. I can't say enough about Candy (clearly) I wish I had her from the start as a full blown wedding planner and my life would have probably been SO much easier! Haha! Candy has such a genuine sincerity about making sure this day is nothing short of perfect for her clients. I would recommend Candy to anyone and everyone. If Candy is supporting your wedding, you can rest assured you are in the best of hands and well taken care of.

Then Jonathan, our "DJ". And yes, I even put DJ in quotations too because he was more than that as well! Jonathan jumped in when the you-know-what was hitting the fan when we needed to find another venue (around 4 weeks out I think?) and joined Candy and I to even tour a venue and advise on how to make it work. Then to his actual role as the DJ/MC... he was AWESOME!! Truly so so so good! His timing, his announcing, the way he reads the crowd and the vibe for the next song selection, etc. is just so spot on. Our party was hoppin haha!

Everything we rented from Ward was absolutely amazing! Their communication was very quick and helpful. We changed our venue pretty late in the process and needed to add a lot of items to the order and they were available to help as best they could. Our wedding was on private property and they were very respectful of the land and land owners. We did have some communication issues when it came to live streaming options and I wish we could have made it work but unfortunately we had to skip that part. We voiced our concerns I was happy that our feedback was well received. I would absolutely choose to work with amazing if I ever have another big party!!

We hired Ward Productions for our wedding over the Labor Day weekend. I'll give myself a pat on my back for that decision.

The decor came out better than we could've imagined and had hoped for. The draping, fabric, tabletop pieces, and decorative furniture enhanced the look of our venue and presented a luxury look and feel. We had many compliments from our guests and the decor looks great in our pictures.

Jonathan, our DJ, was spectacular and on point. Jonathan was extremely professional and coordinated throughout the entire process. I spoke with Jonathan over the phone prior to the wedding. Jonathan understood what my vision was and the expectations I had for the wedding. Jonathan came through flawlessly and played our jams without missing a beat. This kept the dance floor packed and popping during the entire reception. Jonathan used his MC skills and executed with precision during our entrance, our first song, mom/son song, the garter/bouquet raffle, and our exit. Jonathan is a true professional, took care of us on our special day, and provided exceptional service. I recommend Jonathan to anyone with their special occasion.

We used Ward productions for our small wedding in Pinehurst, NC and they were amazing!! I was surprised how cost-effective they were and with their timeliness on delivery! I felt like it was a completely seamless process - thank you guys so much for making our wedding day stress-free!!

I hired Ward for the uplighting and arbor rental for my wedding. Working with Candy and Jonathan was such a breeze, they are both very kind and easy going and commited to making your wedding/event vision come to life! I highly recommend them for all of your event needs. (Hollyfield Design in Southern Pines did my florals on the arbor).

Ward productions did a very good job for my daughter's wedding DJ. We were very satisfied and would recommend them to others. They were helpful and accommodating. My daughter and son-in-law said that Ward Productions pointed them in the right direction during the planning process and on the wedding day.
