Friendly and helpful staff, convenient (for me), and well priced with lots of frozen food. Has frozen durien. I buy my dim sum from here.

If you intend to go there, you are courageous. They close their shop at irregular times. Although their google page indicates 6pm, but they sometimes close at 5pm, other days at at 5.30pm. Depends on the day I suppose. They do not speak French, English nor Dutch and when they try to communicate they are rude and arrogant. Never again.
Commercial area which should be around 200m2. There are many frozen products (spring rolls, seafood, appetizers like in Chinese restaurants, ..) but also classic products like noodles, soups. The prices are affordable. The interior of the store is not very chic but the sales staff are there to advise with a smile. Please note that it is not always easy to find parking spaces in the city center.
A lot cheaper than Kam Yuen on the next street (around 20%). No one speaks English.
