Walters wedding estates Review

Came out to this venue to set up pastries for a wedding that was being held there. When you drive through to get to the location it looks like it's in the middle of a very nice neighborhood. The venue was beautiful and well maintained. The back area of the venue had a pond with 2 waterfalls which made for a great backdrop for photos. This is a great location for any event, it's beautiful.

If you're looking for a beautiful place to have a wedding you can't go wrong with Hayes Hollow. Location is aesthetically everything you can hope for. The sunlight filtering through the trees overhead onto the area next to the water setting makes for the perfect place to say your vows. What sends this place over the top is the consideration given for the inside amenities. They have thought of everything in the design of the bride's and groom's rooms. Even better they even thought to include a place for the family to relax before the wedding. They balcony view from bride's room is breathtaking and the connecting walking bridge to the wedding area allows the bride to have the grand entrance she deserves. When you consider the caring staff that wants to make your wedding as special as possible, from the wedding to the reception, you can not go wrong with Hayes Hollow.

Very nice very courteous staff, great venue for a wedding

My husband and I were very excited to have our wedding here as it is beautiful in so many ways. However, a few days before our wedding, I got COVID and we had to cancel/reschedule. The venue would not refund us any money, which I think is sad and very disappointing as we spent so much money to have our special day and that situation was out of our control.

I understand that it is not the ladies fault who work for the venue so I m not upset at them. I m disappointed that this is a company who cares more about money than trying to find a way to work with people on situations like this cause I know I m not the only one. I understand that this is a business and need to make money but this just seems completely wrong in my opinion.

We wanted to somehow gift our day to someone in need or still get the food we paid for and take it to a shelter. But they wouldn t do that which makes me sad as it s already paid for, wanted someone else to be able to enjoy it & it not go to waste.

I would say if you plan to have your wedding here to get wedding insurance as they (owners/ managers) will not work with you or refund you. You might be able to reschedule but that s it.

Great venue for a wedding or party. Food was good. Service was excellent. Places to stay in site or close bym

Hayes hollow at hidden falls was the venue of my dreams. Although overpriced, I was willing to spend the $30k for bar, food and venue. Customer service was great up until the day of. It was like once they had the total amount of our money, we were nobodies to them. The day of our wedding no one was there to greet us, I was stressed and had to send my mother to find someone to serve our pre service mimosas and beer. When my mom finally found someone on property she was extremely rude and lied to our faces and tried saying she was so busy serving the groomsmen when in fact they hadn t gotten their pre service either. Although we paid for open bar, within an hour they ran out of coke, sprite and limes. We were forced to send a groomsmen to fetch more and they finally found more soft drinks after they acted like it was an inconvenience to them. We also paid for a late night snack street tacos for 125 people. It cost over $1k. Fine. We added it. Come to find out they served 125 TACOS. Meaning each mini Taco was about $10. And they served multiple to people. So only about 40 people got to eat. Not even the bride and groom, nor the bridal party got any because they ran out in MINUETS. When I emailed them about all of this, they acted like it was all our fault??? Who does that? There was no resolution after I asked for our money back on that. $1k out of $30k couldn t even be refunded. I at least wanted an apology or to recognize they were wrong but no. Not to mention, the day of coordinator never showed her face to me or said a word. Only until I had to seek her out about them running out of soft drinks. I am so furious with them even after a few months.

Please DO NOT book with hidden falls if you don t want to be bothered by things that should have been taken care of on your wedding day by someone you paid an excessive amount of money to.

Beautiful venue for intimate weddings, attended my friends wedding here and the food available for brunch was nice.

Our wedding here was beyond perfect. Jessica our venue coordinator was amazing and made everything run so smoothly. She had an answer for every question (all 7000 of them) and made our day easy and hassle free. So happy with our decision to get married here and will absolutely recommend Hidden Falls to family and friends.
