We've used them for over 3 years now. Best prices we've found and their customer service is 10x what ACE or WM have given me.

Horrible service, I too was lied to by sales. I have a contract with all taxes and fees included in the price, but a few months back they started charging me more voiding their contract

Recieved last bill and they charged me on separate occasions pick up for chairs. We have never disposed of any chairs EVER. This is my second time leaving them. They are dishonest and extremely rude. Will not fall for their false promises ever again.

Great service, great people! The only thing I would suggest is being able to change payment types online for autopayment. But you really really really can't beat the service and the great people they employ!

Walter's does a great job! The drivers are friendly and when I have a question or concern I can reach someone on the phone without being on hold forever.

We've never had any issues with pick up, billing and customer service are good and friendly. Their yard waste driver goes above and beyond the call of duty. Might not be the cheapest but have been hassle free for 10+ years for us.

I have used walters for years and I love them! Whenever I call with a dumb question they are always so nice and helpful. I wouldn't use any other company!

Have had difficulty this spring with pickup of yard waste. I'm very tired of calling them about poor service. They used to be very good.

Walters is a very good refuse Company
We have had them for 23 years. when ever there was an issue, it was addressed immediately. The issues are usually minor problems. The office staff are very friendly and handle things right away to our satifaction. I highly reccomend them.

Zero stars if it was possible. I had ordered the pacakage for yard waste to be picked up for $93 and that was two weeks ago, they missed both weeks. I had to call both times for them to pick it up the next day. I should not have to leave my yard waste out for two days blocking my driveway and killing my grass. I usually never write these reviews because I think it's pretentious and a waste of time, do not waste your money on this literally trash company. I'm not sure what their criteria is for hiring drivers to do their jobs, but their bar is set very low.

This company delivers more then expected by far and has exceed my level of expectation once again. I just saw a kid run my trash cans back to my house. Thinking this was a strange neighbor with OCD who wanted my cans back sooner then later I went out to investigate, but it was Walters doing yet another courtesy service. I'll never switch companies. A sincere thank you to everyone who works for Walters:) Thanks guys!!

I would highly recommend using Walter's Recycling and Refuse for your residential and commercial needs. They have been very dependable and courteous.

deceptive business practices !! Beware of these shysters!! A salesman contacted me about residential service 2 months ago about switching my service to Walters from someone else. I signed a 2 year contract to begin July 1st . After cancelling my service with my previous hauler I called Walters to see when my can would arrive. They told me that they do not service my area. So here I'am stuck without trash service ..I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and also consulting an a attorney for breach of contract !! Thanks for nothing Walters your company sucks the big one !!

Their recycling driver has issues dropping the cart where they pick it up. Most times it s sitting in the middle of the driveways entrance. Have called probably 10x in 2 years now, but nothing happens.

Walters has always been a great provider and their customer service has been exceptional - I ve been a customer for over 30 years and won t ever switch to another carrier
