Nice and friendly. But the fastpass ruins it for those who don't have fastpass.
Nice and friendly. But the fastpass ruins it for those who don't have fastpass.
Disney theme park that is a world of difference and breath of fresh air from the Magic Kingdom. It s has 2 sections - World Showcase and the Futuristic Science area. Soarin is a must ride! Recommend spending a good part of a day/evening experiencing the cultures, shops, shows, food and beverages of the World Showcase if you have older children or mostly adults in the group. Unfortunately, this can be boring for young children.
Multi cultural park, is like you are traveling the world in one day. Very relaxing.
This is my favorite park. So spread out. So much to do. All of the rides here are fantastic. You can eat in practically every country and if you want drink around the world.
Epcot Food and Wine festival will be the best use of your snack credits EVER! ABSOLUTELY delicious authentic food from abroad! A favorite was the croissant with escargot centre mmmmm!! If you get motion sick i would not recommend Mission Space ( the orange mission is the more intense one so avoid that at all costs we were feeling socl after)
Disney does such a great job. Im amazed at how well organized they are to handle crowds of people. Epcot is a really interesting resort with a variety of cultural experiences and fun rides .
Another epic theme park! Mission to Mars! The Land! I live the restaurant there! There is never a dull moment. If you're bored here then it's your own fault. Disney does things right from top to bottom! And the STORES!
This park comes to show you that all of earth is the happiest place. The world showcase displays the best of architecture, food, and culture of a multitude of countries. While there aren't many rides, it is the perfect place to indulge yourself in shopping, sightseeing and eating foreign delicacies. It is absolutely beautiful!
Still amazing after all these years. Several great rides plus the World Showcase. The park was decorated for Christmas and was beautiful. As always the park was spotless and the cast members were beyond helpful. The holiday Illuminations was great as well. It was packed a few days before Christmas so the lines were quite long.
Best New Years Eve celebration in Orlando!! Every country = different party
New Years eve was AWESOME! And they made the crowds manageable by using directional arrows! Worked great!
Epcot is my favorite Disney World park. I love visiting all the different country pavilions and meeting those from that country. My daughter really enjoyed kipcot. She really opened up and interacted with the workers who have her a post card and sticker. I can't wait to go back!
Great for Adults. Loved the rides, food, activities and cast members. Lots of fun here! Lots of walking. Recent changes in smoke free park makes it hard for families. It would be nice if they could make 4 areas out of sight away from walkways for smokers. To keep families together. All other theme parks make it work. Loved this park and excited to visit again! MUST RIDE SOARING!!!!!
I love Epcot. Was not quite as crowded as Magic Kingdom. More interesting and will be great once update is completed. Fireworks are stunning
Epcot is simply my favorite Disney World park. The food, drinks, and atmosphere are incredible. My favorite ride, Mission Space, is located here and I would ride it multiple times if I knew I wouldn't get sick! We have been here multiple times and there are still things we haven't done or seen. I highly recommend this park to any adult who wants to go to a park but isn't interested in parks like Magic Kingdom.
Test track and Mission Space, Mars (orange mission) are good pure thrill rides and very enjoyable. Soarin' was fun and original and kinda thrill light.
Honestly, the world section is ok, but nothing special and very few rides or anything to really keep kids interest.
Be prepared for the foods prices, usually around 40 - 50 per person over 10 yrs old. For those on a budget, you can bring snacks and such in the park, and if you spring for the preferred parking (cheaper than a meal), you can put a cooler in the car and walk back for lunch in about 5 - 10 minutes from the future world part of the park.
Overall, decent, but not packed with rides (especially thrill rides, a total of maybe 3 of those, see first paragraph). This is really geared to adults in my opinion, especially the world zones. The light show at the end though was spectacular and worth using a fast pass slot on. If you have kids 10 and older, I would fast pass Test Track, Mission Space, and Illuminations (the light show).
Enjoy....
Epcot is Refining and Expanding. All Cornoa Virus precautions are being taken. Light crowds in August 2020, nearly all attractions are running.
Epcot is a really nice place to be able to just walk around and have a really enjoyable day. There are a couple of rides and lots to see with all of the International areas. There are some very nice hedges that have been shaped and decorated to look like Disney characters and it is very fun.
A delightful escape from the norm in what may be "the Safest place on Earth". You are greeted with security vehicles in the parking lot, temperature checkers prior to the entry gate, and friendly staff throughout the park who themselves are engaging in masked and sanitary behavior. Of course, not everything is open in order to balance the public health risks with the current demand. But if you want to escape the daily grind and find yourself in a Thomas Kincaide painting, look no further than this gem of park; even in the rain. The staff are exceptional and personable as expected. Kudos and thanks to them for turning the ordinary --> extraordinary. Take extra masks. Be courteous. Enjoy. Thanks again to the wonderful staff in the safest place on earth.
Amazing time! The people that work here from around the world are the absolute sweetest! I live here now, but I ve been coming here way before I did. And it s always an amazing experience! I highly recommend looking ahead of time to try and go during a festival! The food and wine has amazing foods from all sorts of countries! Flower and garden however has skillfully crafted hedges to imitate Disney characters, and gardens beyond compare! Go on! It s a blast.
Epcot was perfect: small crowds, wait periods were all under an hour, social distancing markers everywhere, that for the most part people respected and abided by. Probably not a place to take a cranky 2-year-old, but there are plenty of quiet, out of the way places where you can let your cranky 2-year-old rest until he wakes up and 8s hopefully less cranky.
One of the highlights of our trip... Highly recommend planning more than a day here to really see everything EPCOT has to offer.
Even if you only go once in a lifetime, there is nowhere else like it around. There was something to do or something to buy for everyone in my large party of 8. From kids to adults there is entertainment here for all ages.
Walked miles and loved every minute. Haven't been here for 15 years. The international food and wine festival is fantastic.
Good if your an adult and like to eat foods and drink from all over the world. pretty and such but only has a handful of rides. So if you've got the chance to go to the other parks Id put this one at the bottom of my list sorry
Visited on vacation to take in the food & wine festival again. Portion sizes for food are generally good but drink portions and prices vary - seemed a bit steep for what we got especially with the price to get in and not an opportunity to get on a number of rides due to technical issues again (same thing we were told when we visited five years ago) and fast passes being all sold out (fast passes should not take up the entire rider load for the entire day on popular rides). The park is clean, well kept and staff is super helpful.
I'm more about the rides at Disney so this is not my favorite park. We were there during the food and wine festival. My daughter drank her way around the world and I ate my way around it
We love the Wine & Food Fest!! The food is delicious and perfect snacks!
Like any Disney experience, it's just the best. The Epcot "art of Disney" exhibits and exhibitors, were just fantastic.
Always fun to wander around Epcot. There is a lot of construction right now but, honestly, even that is interesting to check out
Epcot is just an exciting place. I am happy it was my son's first Disney experience.
My favourite. Great for both adults and kids and lots of learning as well. I especially love Soaring which was so beautiful and exciting. Living with the Land, Spaceship Earth and Mission Space were also fun with lots of knowledge provided. I feel Epcot wasn't too crowded (compared to Animal Kingdom). At night we went to see firework here too and it was nice.
Soarin Around the World is my favorite. The countries are neat and you can spend some time at each daily and see something new.
I just love visiting this park. Take your time when visiting each country. You will see some really unique items to purchase.
Wonderful. Ate at the Morocco restaurant Marrakesh, and that was very, very good. Great service and food. Then went to China for new year's eve. Now that's what I call a party! The light show that replaced Illuminations of Earth was disappointing.
Epcot was beautiful for the Flower Festival. Very warm but a slight breeze helped. We were disappointed at the fireworks, though, with the Magic Kingdom fireworks being much better. Refreshment port you've got to stop at the Refreshment Port to have a Stowaway Mary, their version of a Bloody Mary. It's between Canada and Imagination. There is also a pretty good butterfly exhibit at this time of the year.
Epcot was fantastic. The food was easily the best along the entire trip. The experience was immersive, and many of the countries genuinely felt completely authentic. This is aided by the cast members (I hesitate to call them that because they were actually from the countries, so they weren't pretending to be anyone).
The park is definitely better for adults but there are great things for children as well. This park was undergoing some work while we were there. I look forward to going back to see it again.
Great time to go during the food and wine festival. Park was great, staff was amazing and for my first time it was great. Soarin ride is a must, it was the best ride!!
EPCOT is one of our favorite parks to visit. There is a lot going on here and it s always beautiful. It has events throughout the year. It also has rides for the whole Family, and you can find some great places to eat. I do Pin Trading so this is also a great place for that. Hope you have as much fun as we do.
Epcot is more for the adult kid. Plenty of alcohol and shopping and food. There is stuff for kids to do as well and mine still had fun. Great place to visit and spend the day with family. Even with COVID19 restrictions in place it was still easy to have great time.
Awesome as always. Central plaza near the golf ball is closed.
Absolutely love this place everytime I visit this park. Just recently attended the Wine and Food Festival and had a blast. So many different food options from so many countries that is guaranteed to have some thing for everyone. The park is upgrading/building many attractions but still have many available. Lots of live entertainment in various areas around the park...I saw Tiffany and Starship while I was there. You can get to the park in many ways to include monorail, gondola, and ferry boat. Soaring and Test Track are must see attractions, lots of fun!
I really enjoyed my time at EPCOT.I only spent one day but could have easily gone two or three. The park itself might be a little dated but the rides like Test Track and Mission Space have been refreshed and worth waiting in line for. My favorite part of the park, though, is World Showcase. We had a great time visiting each country that was represented. Everything from the HUGE pizza in Italy to the beef and scallops in Canada, as well as the awesome grapefruit beer in Germany. The fireworks show at the end of the night was pretty cool, too.
I am completely in love with Epcot. My 4 year old loved it so much. We had a blast.
Very good park for the family, a lot to see with reasonable lines. Great for a chill one day!
I m a passholder for a couple years now. Went about a month ago on a Tuesday and everything was okay. Not much was open but social distancing and the amount of people in the park was good! I felt safe and things seemed clean. Today I went on a Saturday and it was like it was before COVID. A lot of people.. had people running into me multiple times. Lines for food were long and twice I waited in line for something and when I got up there they didn t have what I wanted. Still a lot of the food places are closed and they re doing a lot of construction now which they should have done while the parks were closed. They need to cut back on the Capacity for the weekends. Of course I will be back but not on a weekend day.
Fantastic park loved every minute of it. More for adults and young children. Not that many rollercoasters but more rides.
You don t need to expend to long here... just 5-6 hours max... go after mid day, get a discounted ticket, pls take an umbrella as it will rain after 5pm. Stay away from popcorn stands.., as they will rip you off and are emailer expensive!
Great park. Like always.... lot of people... so go prepared.
Epcot food and wine is the way to go. Always check your calendar and your schedule to see if you can get here during this time because it's the best. They have additional food places and every country with treats and they are all amazing. We love the rides. We always recommend getting on frozen and Soarin.
This is my favorite place to go. It s amazing every time I go.
Well it was clean, but so many shops were closed. Not as fun.
A well planned theme park. Lots of fun things to do even for adults. Some rides are really really good. Some aren't. We waited 45 mins in line for frozen forever and it's wasn't that great. Kids might like it but I wouldnt wait 45 mins for a 5 min ride.
Mexico is awesome to explore and stay cool. Japan hibachi style food was different than at home, but a great experience. Service was great! Love all of the countries and unique cultures. Frozen ride was the biggest and best surprise. Soaring, Mission Space, Test Track, Nemo and several other rides were awesome. Love the fast pass option. Wish we had more than 3. Everyone was friendly and very helpful.
Gorgeous park The wine and food festival was SO enjoyable! Treats from all over the world with perfect drink pairings. The cocktails were all to-die-for!
Unthinkable and beautiful. Not what we expected. Amazing rides and place to see and experience for kids and adults .
Epcot is a lot of fun. It is not a theme park with a lot of rides. The focus is on the different countries. You can try local food and in there is stores to by local things from every country. The Japanese Store is a must do in my opinion. It is a big store with a lot of things from Japan. You can also by Japanes candy which is a lot of fun to try.
There are some great rides at this park and plenty for the young ones to do who can't ride many rides.. but if you get a chance to go without the kiddos or leave them with another family member, there is more than plenty for the adults. If you are a foodie, this is the park for you.
It was 20 years since we ve been to Disney and since we were in town for a convention, my sister and I wanted to go. But we had to choose ONE park just to make sure we get the most out of it instead of running around like chickens without heads. So we chose Epcot, and it was AMAZING. I am so glad we chose this.
I was a little hesitant about the rides because I wasn t sure I d get as much thrill as I d like. I was WRONG. Mission Mars and Test Track were awesome! Everything else was a great ride to cut through the rest of the trip.
The food and drinks, don t get me started. This is the park you go to if you re looking for amazing edibles (better than anything else I had in Orlando. The Cool Zone was a great first place to go to for FREE soda from around the world. It was great and we would have overlooked it if there wasn t someone who told us to try it.
The world walk (or whatever the official name is) was amazing in its decoration and awesome in its food. We wished we had the stomach to eat more, so a word to the wise: start in Canada over Mexico. Save that for last as the wrap up for the trip.
Overall, it was a great trip, but it honestly made me think about coming back again not only to Epcot, but Disney overall. I ll bring back the rest of my family and see if we can spend as much time to fully enjoy everything Disney has to offer. Thanks for a great time!
It's a fun park, but there aren't a whole lot of rides or attractions, especially for kids. However, some of the stuff they're working on adding in the next few years should help bring more value to this park.
I would love to give this Land a 5 star review but can't. While my family of 8 enjoyed our time there. Unfortunately a majority of the rides/attractions/shops were down due to remodeling. The overall look of the park suffered due to this. But don't let that deter you from going as you will still have a great time.
Magical fun in the Florida sun. I visit Epcot and all the other Disney parks frequently. They've really made this an experience that almost anybody will love.
This, and all the Disney parks, are truly the happiest and most magical place on Earth.
If you want to enjoy the delicacies of many foreign countries at one, this is the place to go. I tried nearly every country today and it was amazing. In my opinion, Ireland and japan are the two bets options!
It had been a very long time since we've been to Epcot...we Love all the Dianey parks .. we rode everything we wanted to ride...We ate Lunch at The Seasons in The Land ..The Mongolian Beef was excellent ....We had Dinner at the Coral Reef..The Lobster Bisque was amazing...My Steak was so tough. I wish I had ordered the Pork Chop...we took our time and went through every country and their gift shops..we sampled a few items for the Food and Wine Festival ,had a couple of adult beverages , and stayed till the park closed , watching Illuminations for the grand Finally...It was a Fantastic Day !
Always a great time traveling 'the world'. My son enjoys their passport stations for children.
I don't really "get" Epcot. I guess it is supposed to be a more "grown-up" Disney theme park. The bulk of the footprint is given over to the "World Showcase" which might be (perhaps a little uncharitably) be regarded as a very reductionist - bordering on trite - presentation of various world cultures. Nice to look at and wander around, but if you think it will yield any meaningful insight into any of those places or cultures, you will be disappointed. The peddling of Disney-themed merchandise - somewhat tailored to the area you are in - is very in-your-face and seems to be a large part of the raison d'etre for the whole thing. The Future World section - which was the original idea of Epcot - doesn't really provide much wow-factor either. As a practical matter, there is very little outdoor shade available from the hot Florida sun. We visited in late October and it was still hot...I can't imagine what it must be like in Summer.
However, it is unfair to be entirely negative. If you can take it at face value, it is a nice place to walk around and all of that Disney friendliness and attention-to-detail is there in abundance. The World Showcase provides a (good) reason to provide lots of different restaurants and food experience and it is done well. The iconic dome is a fascinating structure and the tour inside it is interesting and done well in the finest Disney tradition.
The Mission:Space experience provides the choice of a Mars mission or a more gentle Earth Orbit experience. There are extensive and repetitive warnings that if you are prone to motion-sickness you should avoid the Mars mission. HEED THOSE WARNINGS ! It is very good and incredibly well done, but - having manfully ignored the warnings - I was sick for hours afterwards. I blame nobody but myself and my fellow travellers - with stronger constitutions than mine, it seems - all loved it.
I was torn between *** and **** for this review. Mindful that the after-effects of my unwise decision to go on that Mars ride may have coloured by view, I think **** is fair.
Stay for the light and fireworks display at the end - it is really spectacular.
EPCOT is one of the greatest places to spark your imagination and expand your perspective. I really appreciate that everything is clean and well kept. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Plan your time carefully and you can really optimize your experience.
Drinking around the world makes a half day park into a full day
I started feeling ill while at the restaurant Via Napoli in the Italy section of the world showcase. They went so above and beyond for me it was amazing. I love the park, but how they treated me when I needed help was spectacular.
Food and wine testing around the world really good experience
We loved Epcot! It was nice to be able to walk to each country and visit. It didn't feel rushed or crowded. I would recommend spending time in each country, learning about them and trying the different foods-the grilled corn was amazing. We went during Festival of the Flowers and everything was beautiful! We can't wait to return again!
Nice relaxing place to visit and great food from around the world
Can't wait for the renovations to be over. Looking forward to new sites. Food & Wine Festival is definitely worth checking out.
This park is amazing, the rides are fun, but I had so much fun immersing myself in the world showcase area. So many beautiful pavilions and amazing cultural food experiences.
One of my favorite places in the world. Disney does everything right. Customer service is top notch. Love the rides, restaurants and attractions. Shows are excellent and food and wine festival is a must.
I am not a fan of crowded places but the joy it brings to my little guy makes the waits worth it. One thing for sure the people that play the characters are amazing.
I did not hate my visit.. but was extremely disappointed... too much cost for little results
Beautiful, clean, well organized and the staff should be commended on their knowledge.
Epcot is a great park to visit as you meander through World Showcase -stopping in for food and drink representing different countries around the world. Most cast members are from the countries they represent, helping to solidify authenticity. If one visits during the annual food and wine festival, additional kiosks representing more countries are positioned throughout and the offerings (between $5 and $9) are tapas style -which allows more sampling without getting too full.
This park was the most underwhelming of them all. The brightest point is the tour around the world area. The different cuisines were awesome and the different alcoholic drinks were amazing and refreshing. My biggest complaint is the fact there are few rides. Spaceship earth is the main one which causes insane lines.
We had high expectations for Epcot after hearing all of the praise it receives from friends and family. All of the cultures that are brought together here are impressive. It's a great way to get a tiny taste of the diversity throughout the world. We enjoyed the various films and cultural activities in the different countries present in the world showcase. However, the rides here need some serious updating or replacement. They all felt outdated. Perhaps fifteen years ago, these rides were cutting edge but now they feel disappointing. Because of the rides, Epcot is not a must visit for me. I'd probably go at least once though for the world showcase.
I personally LOVE EPCOT! However, it is the slightest bit less magical with all the on-going construction. The tram drop of is still well short of the gates, in most cases it's quicker to walk. The front is less congested with the stone monoliths gone. All that said, we had a great day! Don't miss the cookie stroll in the world showcase now through the festival of the holidays.
Epcot is a great option if you want somewhat of a smaller crowd than the other parks. The French pastry restaurant was our favorite. Literally everything was delicious! The German buffet was just mediocre. Drinks drinks and more drinks
We had a great day, with the half capacity we were able to do so much more than normal
Love Epcot! Some really cool rides and just a good place to go for a walk if you have an annual pass.
Epcot is a great place for exploration. Their multiple places for food. Around the world welcomes you to an experience of travel. It has few rides, but all the rides are well done. My only issue is that a lot of places at the park smell like feet.
This is my 2nd time in Disney and I really enjoy Epcot even though it doesn't have as many rides as Magic Kingdom, the rides are still really fun! Epcot is very educational and you will learn atleast one new thing if not more when you're there. There is 11 countries around the circle and the staff at each country that works there, is originally from that country. There is such a different variety of foods and styles of different things everywhere you go. I just happened to be there when the Garden Festival was still going on and the Disney Characters and different shapes is incredible!
One Love, drinks around the world. Reversed. NYE at 500%. Great way to start the new year! #Club33
My favorite park out of all of them (and I'm a huge Star Wars fan!). We went during the Flower and Garden festival and it was fantastic. The flowers were gorgeous, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was amazing. My young daughters rode Frozen Ever After and got to meet Elsa and Anna and loved them! My only warning is to be careful if you're picking your little one up to get them off Living with the Land, as I knocked my daughter's shoe into the water. Still, make sure you ride it as it's worth the the time and generally not very busy.
One of my absolute favourite parks by far! The whole concept is amazing. Getting to visit all the different countries and being able to sample lovely food and drinks it's a win win. The details of each place is better each year and I can't wait to see what all the new additions and upgrades bring to this already amazing park
I love the multicultural theme. It makes me remember why I prefer this country over many. The food at the many stops and restaurants was very very good. I went here on a vacation with my Marching Band. My park group and I enjoyed the sights and the food so much. :D
Just love Epcot. A good mix of rides, education, shows and the World Showcase is brilliant, some fantastic food.
Although all the new Covid19 procedures. Epcot is still a healthy and enjoyable place. With less occupancy amd short time wait for the rides.
