Location, location, location! Staff was absolutely wonderful! Loved Kristen and Angel at Phins each night. Excellent meals at Shula s, loved the brick chicken! Easy transportation options to Disney Springs. Able to walk to both, Epcot and Studio -Boardwalk as well!
Our flight was delayed so we didn t arrive until after 1am. All of the staff were really nice. Our room is pretty small. Toilet & shower/tub room is tiny. Sink is in spectate space. Good size closet. Double beds-"Not" Queen size beds. Fluffy bed with 4 fluffy pillows on each bed. 1Extra pillow in the closet. Dresser with a tv and a fridge. Small table with 1 chair and 1 other chair. So far the staff are extremely nice. Luckily we have a nice view, which makes up for the small room. They do offer bottled water for your room daily. I will add as we explore the grounds more.
It's an amazing experience, so many things to do that times goes by fast, so many restaurants to choose from, will definitely come back
Amazing place. Great service, got a lovely room on the 18th floor with views of MGM and Epcot. Was a nice couple of days. It s amazing how just driving 45mins from home it felt like I was on vacation.
Nice pool area, good service - can t wait to come back soon.
We usually don t stay at a nicer hotel when in a Disney vacation but this was well, well worth it. The location was amazing. Walkable to Epcot, and the water taxi to Studios was so fun. The transportation to the other parks was also great. And with the parks closing earlier, being at a hotel with such amazing pools was a huge plus for my family. My kids loved the pools.
A great vacation i had this weekend. Defininetly a great place to stay. The mask authority was a little crazy but got over it and enjoyed ourselves.
Absurdly amazing valentines day trip to the resort. The resort did an amazing job. Ate at a few of the on resort restaurants and all of them were amazing. The customer service was top notch. The pool food is some of the best I've had on all of disney property, shrimp bowl was amazing. I also had the hand crafted truffles which was easily, hand down one of the best deserts I have had.
Definitely not the experience that we were hoping. Is possible that is due to the covid situation but I would not recommend staying in this hotel. They overcharged us for a room that had the wrong view, then they changed into a second room that was smaller... The food premise in the hotel is acceptable but incredibly expensive. The rooms quality were very low. Dirty carpet int he hallway... I m sorry but the experience was not the best. Hope it changes.
Very big hotel. Friendly staff. The one thing that they need is a little bit better mapping.got lost so many times.Had a scary moment when I was on my way back from getting something out of the car, and when I got off the elevator I smaller smoke. I used the courtesy phone to call the desk. Told the lady I would wait, for whoever came up. While I was waiting I looked around and when I looked in the trash and saw small flame starting. And then grabbed a water off a housekeeping cart, at that time a gentleman came around the corner he was from engineering he got on his radio and called security and he and I used bottles of water to extinguish the flames.Do not like to think what would of happened if I hadn't noticed what was happening.Remember if your gut tells you something, go with it!! Overall after that scary moment we had an amazing time wish we had time to try some of the hotels restaurants.
Older facilities but still comfortable and extremely well situated between all of the different parks. I took the boats to Epcot and Hollywood Studios
frequently and it is very convenient. The bar in the lobby seemed to be poorly stocked, but the bartender was still skilled at assisting in alternative drinks.
