The school admission is the worst. You can't talk with them because there's only automatic phone. You can contact them only email. The fastest answer is after 10 days. Nightmare. School is ready to take us, but can't because waiting for council answer. I don't know what they are doing. Children can't go to school, can't learn... Nightmare, nightmare, nightmare!!!

Mot centre

Mot centre
Took car for its mot today as I always take it there as it is an mot only, so no garage can say its failed on loads of fictitious problems. Its all covid friendly so no worries there either. I have told friends and family to use it too, as the technicians do a thorough mot, then if it fails its retested free within 10 days. Staff are friendly and take the time to explain any issues or advisories you may have. I would definitely recommend people use the mot centre, which is also easy to get to

Proberbly the worst council around and thats saying something. Cant keep the streets clean, services poorly run. Only interested in taking your council tax ( if your one of the few that actualy pays.).you'll wait months for a window or door to be repaired and 6 months for someone to act on a complaint of damp but miss one payment of council tax and you'll get letters every 5 days threatening legal action. Housing department are woeful when its asked to solve repairs. Dont bother with their amatuer telephone service. Darwell street is full of staff wandering around with seemingly little to do. Just take a number and wait ages for someone to serve you. Its never their fault or problem. The sneering arrogance of these people has to be seen to be believed. I will never aim criticism of wolverhampton or Sandwell again compaired to this lot.

Most awful team of people I have ever had to endure. Good luck if you need any assistance with them. Never felt so let down and frustrated with a whole team before. Normally there is one person who actually cares. Not with walsall school admissions. Really needs investigating and replacing the staff with people who actually want to do a job. Lazy, arrogant and vile. After this week hopefully I will never have to deal with them again. But God help anyone who does.
