Walmart Sheridan - S Rock St Reviews

I had the pleasure of going to black Friday in Sheridan, Ar on 11-28-19. It was awesome and so amazing. As I walked in the door, refreshments were being served. Every employee was speaking, very courteous, and most helpful. The black Friday was sooooo organized. Even dwn to the order of checking out at register. No one was pushing, shoving, or rude. The customers in return was polite. Everyone was helping to one another. It was the absolute best black friday that I ever experienced. Everyone was turnt aloose to shop at 555p. I was outta the store within 20 mins, with my purchase Thank you Walmart for an over the top experience.

Today at Walmart in El Dorado Arkansas, I had the most humiliating experience. The store had a sign up for $25 for the 10 piece turquoise pioneer woman cookware set. On the app it came up $25, and the sign said $25. When I went to buy it, it rang up $89. I waited for it to get fixed and the manager Linda at El Dorado Walmart would not honor the price because she said the price was not right because it was a black friday deal which is not correct because the pan set was not even a part of black friday. She absolutely would not give me the pan set for price that was marked or on the app. This is not the first humiliating experience I had with this manager. She refused to give me sleep pants that were marked for $1. I am tired of these humiliating experiences and I want action done!

The merchandise is improving; however, pricing is not consistently fair.

Always enjoy shopping in Sheridan. They need a bigger Walmart.

Workers were very friendly... as I was leaving the first time I shipped I was exciting the parking lot and there was a very large German Shepard laid out by one of the cart returns and it was not moving... looking very dead... I debated and drove back toward the doors and saw a young lady who was going in for work... I asked her if she worked there ( it was 5am) she said, "Yes Ma'am" and I told her that she should let someone know that there was a large dog dead in the parking lot! Without hesitation she stated, "No Ma'am that's our Walmart dog he sleeps in the parking lot out there."

Any Walmart with a dog is 5 star to me!!

I run a Shelter insurance agency and I bought gift cards from Sheridan Walmart to give to people that refer business to my agency. We had a lot of shopping to do that day and I ended up leaving a little bag with the gift cards in the shopping cart. When I realized what I had done 2 days later I called Walmart and they asked me if I had the receipt and if so they could look at the cameras. We did not have the receipt for the gift cards but we did have the receipt for the other shopping we had to do so we headed down. The manager on duty Pat Davis was very helpful and when I mentioned that I gave these cards to my referrals in my insurance business that struck a memory with her and it turns out that one of the shopping cart fellas turned in my bag with all of my gift cards and when Pat Davis asked the cashiers about it the cashier said that I was talking about giving them to my referral customers. She had all of our gift cards in the same little baggie with my receipt in the office. It was a wonderful experience unexpected we asked which one of the shopping cart fellas turn them in but Pat expressed that this was just the way things were done at her store. Thank you so much we appreciate the wonderful personal and honest service that we received.

Has most items you'd expect from Walmart the automotive and sporting goods areas are small and lightly stocked

They need to restock a little more and the customers service isn't the best.

This Wal-Mart has friendly associates and a great selection.

A lot of the shelves were empty and how to run out of lettuce

Super easy to get in and out of, very seldom long lines.

Go there every week. Good things, good prices, good staff.

It's not quite as big as some other supercenters, but I sure am thankful we have it in such a small town. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Great work in the photo department we're the sales rep went out of her way to insure I got the photos I wanted. Thanks again!

Was alright not too much help and workers werent to friendly

I was really impressed with this Walmart. An employee noticed I was on crutches, and he brought me a scooter by the time I entered the store. They also offered me carry out assistance, and put my groceries in my car for me. Then they took the scooter back inside.

tI was trying to wait out a storm and every time an employee saw me looking around, they ask if I needed help.They need to train Texas employees how to do that. I'm from Texas.

Store is very clean and well organised. Able to find what I need every time.

Maybe one day it'll stop being the redheaded stepchild of the fleet of stores? One can only pray.

Small and has your basics. If looking for a specific thing call first.

Always clean and never any problems when I go here.

It's overpriced as all Walmart are but this one is so small and never has anything I need.

Very clean little walmart. Employees not so nice but they keep the store looking good.
