I run a Shelter insurance agency and I bought gift cards from Sheridan Walmart to give to people that refer business to my agency. We had a lot of shopping to do that day and I ended up leaving a little bag with the gift cards in the shopping cart. When I realized what I had done 2 days later I called Walmart and they asked me if I had the receipt and if so they could look at the cameras. We did not have the receipt for the gift cards but we did have the receipt for the other shopping we had to do so we headed down. The manager on duty Pat Davis was very helpful and when I mentioned that I gave these cards to my referrals in my insurance business that struck a memory with her and it turns out that one of the shopping cart fellas turned in my bag with all of my gift cards and when Pat Davis asked the cashiers about it the cashier said that I was talking about giving them to my referral customers. She had all of our gift cards in the same little baggie with my receipt in the office. It was a wonderful experience unexpected we asked which one of the shopping cart fellas turn them in but Pat expressed that this was just the way things were done at her store. Thank you so much we appreciate the wonderful personal and honest service that we received.
