Busy place we missed the boat with our order. Not a fan of 5he BBQ pork the BLT ordered was good. Next time we will get the roast beef rather than the special. Retro feel

I loved finding this place. I feel like it's a Hidden Gem. Casual dining with excellent food if you like roast beef. Very friendly service. Orders available to go. They've been in business around 50 years. They even have old-fashioned malts.

Super clean place I was very impressed. Now the sandwich was just okay. But that makes up for them being so safe during this difficult time. Very friendly and nice staff.

Had to really go inside because you couldn't tell.Had the Philly roast beef tasty and for having onions added flavor. Without that onion smell.

It was pretty OK. I was hoping for a replacement for my beloved Mavericks which is too far for me out in Roseville. It is pretty good! Mavericks is still number one in my heart.

Wally's! Take a step back in time to when food was actually real food, and tasted like real food. Wally's is far more than a cute retro diner. They feed you with "Real" "possible" beef!...and hoarsy sauce for hoarsy sauce lovers! To my knowledge this is the last place in the Twin Cities (since Al's Diner closed for in house dining) where the cooks are actually expected to remember the "verbal" orders and get it right every time. Yum!

I ordered a Blue Plate (hot roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and corn). It was extra medium in terms of quality and flavor, to me. They did give plenty of gravy though!The price was right, and they had a good setup for those that want to stay distant while waiting for togo orders. Make sure to get cracker with your chili, it is soup! Glad I tried it, I have no complaints. It was pretty decent.
