The warranty issue with our Equinox was dealt with...

The warranty issue with our Equinox was dealt with excellent service and in a very timely manner. We were without a car for only a couple of hours while the problem was solved.
It was a great experience in customer service.

I brought a very special car to your dealership for repair. It is an older car (2009 impala) that I inherited from my mother when she passed away. It needed several things fixed and all of the repairs were made with the highest quality customer service I have experienced at any dealership. Matt in the service department was very good with his communication to me regarding the cars needs and when I could expect for it to ready. I loved the staffs comments on my car and what good shape it is in. It sure made me feel good to know they appreciate the cars sentimental value as much as I do. Overall, this was a great experience and I will certainly be bringing my car back to Wally Edgar.

My experience in purchasing a new 2021 truck at Wally Edgar was excellent. I sent a message regarding a Chevy Silvardo on Sunday night and received a follow up right away on Monday morning. My Sales person (Don Likins) was wonderful and make the entire process a positive one. I have used Wally Edgar for my vehicle purchases for over 25 years and will continue to do so.

I arrive for my 7:30 appointment at approximately 7:25. There were already six cars waiting at the service entrance before me. At 7:30 the doors opened and all six cars pulled inside I was left outside for a brief time. Almost immediately a service person asked if I had an appointment. I literally didn't wait any longer than the previous six cars. My service was going to require waiting too long in the waiting room so they offered me a ride home since I didn't have one. They also picked me up since my wife was still working. Everything was free because it was three warranty issues. Two of them were minor but one required a bit more work. Something to do with oil lines leaking at a bad crimp spot. I've never owned a Chevrolet before. I must say I do like this truck. I intend to buy another one if I wear this one out. I also intend to return to Wally Edgar Chevrolet because I've never had better service anywhere else. I'm beginning to feel like I should have purchased a Chevrolet long ago. My service technician was awesome. I can't recall his name but you should look it up and give him kudos because he was great. I do remember Ted. He drove me home. Also a charming person. In the end, I feel like I bought the right product. Thanks Chevy.

First Class! I contacted my sales person (James Strop) and told him with my lease being up next March and the Shortage of vehicles if anything comes available please let me know immediately,. which he did. He had called me and said Kevin a Vehicle is coming out of DEMO service next week would you like it? I said absolutely! one week later I was driving a 2021 Chevy Blazer. Perfect!
