Excellent location and super friendly team. We arrived and everything was perfect! The on-site ski valet, ski butlers, and easy access to the frostwood lift great! Justin at the front desk was over the top accommodating and made us feel like royalty. Such a great experience! The rooms are gorgeous and the pools/hot tubs are great. We will definitely be back.

Loved this luxury property at the base of Canyons Village in Park City. There is ski-in, ski-out access. The rooms and suites are contemporary mountain chic and have fireplaces and high end linens. I stayed in the one bedroom suite with a full kitchen and jacuzzi tub. It had a balcony with mountain views. The hotel is very dog friendly and my pitbull mix Bobbi loved the service and plentiful biscuits at the front desk. The lobby lounge is also comfy and the restaurant very good.

We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for our first visit to Park City this past week. All in all it was good experience and I would recommend anyone wanting to ski or be by the canyons to stay here.

Pros- The staff were great and the room was very clean. House keeping seems to do a great job. Also shout-out to the waitress at Powder. I can't remember her name but she served us every morning and seems to love what she does.

Cons- I would say this resort is more of a 4 star hotel than a 5 star hotel. There are simply not enough amenities and no one went out of their way to help us or make our stay better as you often get at 5 star locations. When you pay $1000 a night you expect this.

We also had some issues with the on site transportation. We were stranded in the cold a few times and ended up having to uber. This issue was peculiar because as other reviewers stated- other resorts are very attentive with it comes to transportation from canyon to town.

We LOVED this hotel! The heated pool was great, loved the room and everything in it, loved the service! I had to knock off a star because the bed was very uncomfortable. My husband and I literally tossed and turned the whole night every night. Other than that, AMAZING service!

can i give it 6 stars? Discovered the Waldorf Park City in 2010 and have been hooked on it ever since. It's my favorite resort in the country. beautiful grounds with amazing rooms and suites. I've had several week long stays and it's never long enough. The service is impeccable, from the valet guys that remember you, to the front desk personnel, to the restaurant, and especially the spa! it's just top notch. They really take care of Hilton Diamond members.

It starts with the lobby, it always smells so amazing and the allure of the grand staircase and fireplace. The rooms are spacious with amazing kitchens and lighting accents that I emulated when built current home with the kick panel lighting. Go to the spa...it's a great, relaxing experience and if they still have them, the Kohler multiple shower heads are incredible (human car wash), (Haillie is amazing ask for her for a sports massage). quick gondola ride up to the Canyons Village and you're on the slopes. I've had many trips here from business retreats, vegas convention recovery, ski weeks and summer chill...it fits anything.

Hotel lives up to a 5star rating. I came for a weekend with my 14yr old and mother to explore the town. The hotel is gorgeous, clean and the friendliest staff. My daughter was able to order room service at 11pm yes she should have been sleeping but when on vacation you have zero rules. My mom was able to get up early and order creamer staff brought it was aware of the early morning hours and didn't wake the rest of the guest in the room when delivering it. We will be back this winter for a stay and ski.

All I can say about this hotel and the service we received is wow! This was our first time in Park City and because of the friendly staff and impeccable service we did not want to leave. From the the time we arrived until we left the staff at the Waldorf made us feel so at home and always greeted us with a smile. Our suite had stunning views and was very well maintained. Each room also had a seal on it prior to entry indicating it had been properly sanitized and cleaned which was great! The hotel is very accessible to nearby resorts and also offers a shuttle service to Main Street. The staff really went out of their way to accommodate all of our needs which is why I wouldn t recommend anywhere else to stay if you re planning on visiting Park City.

The place was beautiful and the staff was great. Any time we needed something they made it happened. Waldorf assigned Cedric who was our concierge for our 7 day stay. He stayed in communications with us the whole time, made the impossible happened and went out of his way to find activities for the kids to do while the others went skiin. Cedric and the Staff definitely made our stay wonderful and we will be back.

Staff was very friendly and the food was fantastic. Service in the restaurant was slow but tolerable. Great atmosphere and great location in the Canyons, close enough to the lifts but far enough away from the center of the Canyons to be able to get away .
