Wal-Mart #1992 Review

Least favorite Wal-Mart. The employees are so rude here. One actually told me to leave the aisle while I was looking at something. So they missed out on sales from me that day. I guess when your company is so big and rich it hardly matters. There are always pallets blocking aisles and the place is a big mess. It also doesn't have things I can find at other Wal-Mart's. Last visit I went to buy something that was labelled as "$4" on the shelf but it wouldn't ring up. The cashier insisted it was $10, I told him it's only $4 on Amazon so if it's that much here never mind... well I kept trying to get him to cancel that part of the order because he was holding up the line saying the product "wasn't in the system." So why was it on the shelf? Anyway, after several incompetent employees put their heads together they magically discovered the price was $4 and I finally got to pay and leave. I wish I could say this was the only time that has happened here.

A great place to get every little things needed at home

same as any Walmart at this one they don't treat everyone that walks in the criminal though. I guess they're in a better area so they don't have to.

Make up dept. Is cramped but other than that just like every other Wall-mart

The full service checkouts only had
One register Open and the line for the Only register Open
was an isle and a half LONG, I Had to go to the Self Service
Registers, I would of Ran out of Oxygen by the time I got to the Full service register I believe there should ALWAYS
Be a full service register OPEN for the HANDICAPPED AND
Customers on OXYGEN..

I waited in line to pay a bill for 25 min and I was the next person to be helped they didn't have any money orders so they had to call the supervisor to bring money orders and when she got to the service desk the box was opened so she had to go get a new box. And it took another 10 min by that time there was 9 people in line behind me waiting as well And they only had 1 register open help customers so I walked away after wasting 32 min waiting to be helped very bad service

I was pleasantly surprised when returning an online order. Not a long line, she scanned the bar code off the shipping info on my phone, and that was it!
Now, if they'd only sent me the right item..

I went to the Rancho store and they told me it was going to be 2.5 hours just to patch my tire. I called the Upland store and they said it would be 40 minutes maybe an hour. Here I am still sitting here 2 and half hours later. No one checked on the tire status or asked why I'm still here 2 and half hours later. I already had my tire removed and just asked them to repair it and put it back in my trunk. Did they listen?... No. They jacked up my car and continued to remove my spare just as I asked them not to. I will never return here or to any Walmart for auto service. This was a last resort on a Sunday and now I am reminded why this is a last resort. Thank you Walmart Upland, for ruining my Sunday.

This is the one we go to out of convenience but honestly it could use an update. And more staff. There were only two cashiers open the Sunday before school starts. Not cool.

Terrible Service!!! i dont want to even leave a star, I cannot believe I asked 3 associates that were in the women's clothing for assistance in the jewelry department and ALL 3 walked away and acted like they didn't hear me. I don't know how.. I was right in front of you!!.. I went to another associate ..who paged for assistance and we waited for 20 Mins.. yes 20 mins and still NO ONE CAME TO HELP!! I will not be going back!!

Well usually you have enough cashiers, but not to day, I am a senior and was About to check To check out and your cashier closed and left no one to help me Check out I needed help a no is no one there to help me like I said I'm a senior and I was hoping someone would help normally I wouldn't notify you about trivial things but I thought it was real inconvenient had no was there to help me so have a good day thank you.

The manager is so rude to customer, no smiles the way she talks to customers like no respect, so disappointed and never go there again

Great Place To Do Get What You Need, Clean Store, Great Staff, Always Fully Stocked Isles.

There checkers are to slow and their prices are getting just as high as any other Market

Haven't been a patron at this Walmart Since Two of the managers refused to take my Electronic Gift card, I had to use it at another Walmart that would..... all store gift cards I get are for Target now... Walmart registers don't work for e-gift cards..rude and unacceptable Michael Marquez Manager.

Employees are not friendly at all. They talk to each other and dont give good customer service. At this point I dont expect any Walmart employees to be helpful or nice.

This is the walmart to go to. Used to be pretty ghetto, but has improved since the super center went in. Less crowded.

Why would anyone bother going here when there is a supercenter down the street? Always a bad time when I go to pickup online orders here.

This place lacks common courtesy!!!! I was on hold for an employee in Sporting Goods for 43mins!!!! Then called back to be placed on hold without anyone saying "PLEASE HOLD" for another 17mins!! I called back to speak with a manager & was placed AGAIN ON HOLD for 33mins MORE!!!! They have no respect

Friendly service an employee's helpful what your looking for. Take the hole family members and girlfriends.

Terrible customer service. I asked if they could check if a certain item was in stock and the workers were so incompetent that each person I talked had to transfer me multiple times because they couldn't do it.

This Walmart has way less grocery options than any other Walmart I've ever been to.

The worst Wal-Mart Ive been to. The place is dirty and to many empty shelves. Three times Ive been here (never again) they didnt have what I needed, basic things that all Wal-Marts carry except this one.

The grocery department didnt have some items that othet Walmarts have and that was a disappointment to me. The items are Frosted Rice Crispy, Lima Beans and Black eyed Peas

I don't like that they charge you for getting your groceries into a bag and the place seemed a little run-down

What more can be said about Wal-Mart? You put up with a lot stuff to get the best value for your dollar. It is pleasant to end up in one that is clean and bright, uncramped isles...recently visited one in Harker Heights, TX. Wow, that was an unexpected, surprise, well done.

No one helped me in the make-up section, no one was available in the photo center and when I found someone, my photos weren't even ready although I got an email saying they were.

They never pick up their phone. 5 times in a row already and still nothing. And this is in the morning before they get busy.

Okay.. let me get this straight. The customer service and prices at walmart are absolutely great. BUT... THEY SELL JAKE PAUL MERCH?? WHAT IS THIS?? 2018???

Went to Walmart to get one thing: the new Twenty One Pilots CD Trench. They had no Twenty One Pilots CDs, not even the old ones.

Not as near as big of selection as many Walmart stores, and the management isn't very good and rarely helpful. The customer service/returns desk is the worst I've seen anywhere.

Both grandkids wanted new t-shirts for school, had fun picking out colors. Also found hard-to-find shorts, so everybody was happy. At Walmart's reasonable prices my wallet was happy too.

Great place to shop. They seem to have everything. Just look around. And their own brand "Great Value" is really great value.

Picking up a tire, called in. Super service, super attitude. The gals carried my tire out to my car for me. Sooooo nice.

Look Walmart has cheap prices, but a lot of the stuff is made cheap too. I dont go there often cause I dont like big box stores. However, there are certian items I just cant find in other stores. The lines to check out are always long.

After Covid cleanliness has increased tremendously. Well organized, helpful, smart staff. Just wish our economy would rebound so the shelves are fully stocked. Check with the store before driving there...it may not be available. Especially, toys, electronics, etc. Other essential stuff fully available! Love the self checkout system too! Thanks Walmart! Way better than Amazon!

I've been going to this Walmart for years. Never a problem and I like that its not too congested with people.

Lacking in the Refrigerator and Freezer Sections. Also everything is so packed in that it's really hard to find things

Never have a prescription sent here if you want to pick it up the same day unless you want to just go to the store and stare at them while standing at the counter until they get it done
