Wal-Mart #1992 Review

The subway inside needs to make the food correct for my UberEats customers.

I'm surprised how clean and organize this Walmart was. I was impressed. Good job!

Just another California Walmart. They offer Money order/Cashier's check processing. Rest items are good. They carry limited Fresh produce like Banana, Onions, Potatoes & Avacado. They have plenty Self checkout counters & Staff is Friendly.

Lines were super long, workers were walking slowly everywhere. When asked to get a manager to the front for help I was told that the manager was in the back. Very unacceptable in my opinion. I work for a retail store and this service would have had corporate unbelievably heated for the lack of service. Upon asking an employee on why there was only one register open I was met with attitude and was told Well what do you want me to do about it? Not pleased with this interaction at all.

They had everything thing I was looking for and the prices were good, the only bad thing was the lines were a little long.

Good place to shop but seriously need to work on the parking lot and put more handicap spots

Great customer service. Everything fully stocked. Love using the Walmart app to pay/scan prices.

One of the better Wal-Mart's to go to. The line for returns are never too crazy and they typically have what I need when I need it. ALL their systems need updating, but that's a corporate level thing. Otherwise good Wal-Mart. I always use self check out or back registers if it's not too crazy.

Every time I go to a Wal-Mart there is friendly staff and willing to help to find products.

Walmart managers are very rude. To buy a Walmart card the employees send you on a wild goose chase just to buy one. Once we figured out where to go we stood in line forever with only one employee working, others standing around. When I went to find a manager the employee put my autistic uncle at the end of the line because he is handicapped and slow to communicate, when all my uncle wanted to do was pick out a card .

Very clean, I love that this walmart isnt crowded or the isles. I always come here and I have a Walmart by my house. This one is my favorite one

It's extremely inconvenient to pay in different departments. Wait in line 3 times to complete my shopping

It's Walmart... Let's be honest, you go to Walmart for the prices, not the sparkling personalities of the employees.

Its was ghetto and shells where nearly emty... i had to go to another Walmart to find what I needed...

it's Wal-Mart. Got what I needed. Super helpful lady in camping. Cashier on the other hand was slow.

Worst customer service ever from manager Kevin tried to get a price match from walmart.com on an item and he wouldn't do it told me to go to another Walmart because he wouldn't do it

If you are looking for any type of fishing gear or tackle, poles they are limited along with bikes but you'll find what you need even if timed right Lysol wish the hours were later

The management needs to train more personnel to handle the money center. We waited 1.25 hours in line to get a money order. Suppose that they only had one person qualified. Do not go there

Mostly bearable shopping and everything you would expect all Walmart

This is a nice store and almost always neat and tidy. I bought some artist paint and a few other craft supplies. I also got some pharmacy items and everything I needed was instock.

first of all, "Gil" is one of the worst Wal-Mart employees I have EVER has the displeasure of dealing with.
today I called asking ig they v has any guppies and the woman that answered had no idea what a guppy even is and when I told her it's a fish ahe right away said no they didn't have any. how could she know whether or not they had any if she didn't know what one is?! ugh so anyway I went down there and low and behold, they had lots of guppies.. so I tried to speak to a manager and after waiting about twenty minutes he I left because he was nowhere to be found.
when I hit home I called again to complain and got the same ignorant, lazy woman on the phone, I asked to speak to the manager and she wanted to know what it was about, then asked if I was the one calling about electronics.. I insisted on speaking to the manager and she then told be that Gil was outside and not available.
ridiculous, if Wal-Mart wants to jeep customers maybe they ought to hire people that will actually do their jobs.
I'm insulted and feel as though my business doesn't mean anything to this store and its employees.

Walmart has goods I need at a reasonable price but today it was hard to find a cashier. We talked to other customers who wanted to buy electronics but there was no one in that department to help them. We finally took our items to the front registers and only one was open. When it comes to items that you know little about it would be nice to find someone to ask.

I go to this walmart cause its smaller and usaully faster. Alot of the cashiers are really slow though. But hey who goes to walmart for fast lines anyway.

I like this store the workers are trust worthwhile people up front and understand.

This place makes me mad because I took my nieces car in to get 4 new tires and they told us it would be 1 hour I said ok that s fine 3 hours later they were still not done then we get the car and it s fine UNTIL the next day it starts making a horrible noise and turns out the brake pad clip is rubbing against the rotor and apparently this magically this happened because mind you it WASN T making this noise before I brought it here and now it is after so now I have to go somewhere else s because why they can t fix WHAT THEY did wrong because they don t do breaks literally NEVER coming here for any on my cars again!!!!! The only thing that s nice about the place is Anna she was kind the moment I came in and quick to find out my problem.

Good place. Prices are good... but their r really obsessed with the recits idk if they want to be like Costco but it's not gana work I just ignore them

Secret shoppers willfully disrespect you and treat u like a thief... never again will I give this store my business.

Car battery only lasted for 6 months. Tried to charge it multiple times, cleaned battery terminals and replaced cables. I went to this store to exchange it, but the "battery charger" is down (don't they sell battery chargers?) and they can't exchange it until the "parts" arrive several days from now. Corporate tried to contact the store, but the assistant manager hung up on them.

Great prices and helpful staff. Made my shopping experience much easier to find products and continue on with my day. This location was not as busy and others that I have been to but that could be due to the time that I went, I will definitely go again just for it not being to busy.
