Great meters, very easy to use, and terrific customer service.

Great website and resource for the technical side of floorlaying. Slight technical difficulties with the certification for relative humidity testing, but the customer service team handled it within a day.

Don't buy the RH reader with sensors they will change their system every 5 years and you will have to reinvest $$

replaced my old broken wagner 220 for $162 in service. expensive meters but service and support are top-notch

I asked for SG on a species that was not listed and was responded to promptly.

Replaced the instrument that needed repair which was now obsolete for an updated instrument for a very much discounted price. Customer service over the phone was quick and a matter of fact. Turnaround time was excellent!

The manual for the Orion 930 was quite in depth although the section on using Relative mode was a bit short on explanation. I sent a note to Wager to ask fo clarification and they wrote back the same day with a full explanation as well as the best settings to use on my subfloor (OSB) . They even made an internal note to update the Relative mode information in the manual. I was more than satisfied with both the product and the company support.

We ordered this and they were shipped out quickly and received like we were promised.

You were able to answer my question about our floor problem and very quickly too. Our contractor, who installed our floors almost eight years ago, confirmed that the damage was caused by water.

In my experience, the employees were so helpful and communicated with each other very well.

wagners instruments have become the benchmark standard in my community.
Other woodworking trades will compare their meters w/mine to see how close theirs are!
After many years of use, she finally gave uo her ghost, & I sent it to Wagner for possible repair.
To my surprise, Wager has a policy to replace what they cannot repair for a NEW one for the standard repair fee!
Can't wait to fire up & try out the newest model-

BTW, Do I really have to go through that whole process if I do not know the species of wood to get a moisture content or can I just use an average SG or generic number?

great company that really stands behind their product. I had an older (10 + years) mmc220 that developed a button issue. I contacted them, sent it in for repair and that issue was fixed at no charge. Unheard of most for almost all other products and companies. If my mmc220 ever completely fails i would have zero concerns buying a new unit from Wagner.

Like really good prompt shipping...meter works as advertised...life is good :)
