Waffle House Review

I usually have great service, but tonight, Mya was extremely annoying. No need to keep asking me over and over if everything is ok. And the cook cursed like a sailor the entire time. Oh yea, Mya didn't wash her hands at all. Totally disgusting...

Cook an attitude... The waiter watched as we just set waiting to order.. 2hrs sitting while we waited.. Also order was made wrong.. .THEN SHE STARTS RUSHING US...M

I visited this Waffle House on my return trip home for breakfast and feel that I was overcharged for 2 orders and a 'To go' fee! Waitress nor cook wore gloves to prepare food. I was only customer and watched 4 customers walk out.

Cheap food (but not great), very friendly service, close by.

Always stop by here on my way to work in the morning... Staff is so sweet and friendly. I can't remember names, but there's a skinny young guy cook that's amazing!

Very good good. I was there around 2:00 PM on 10/25. First time that the food was not greasy. Also one of the cleanest restaurants.

Waffle was good but it took so long for me to get it

This is one of the best waffle house so far love it service was everything, it was a new guy there it was his first day can't remember his name, but he was so helpful and nice he wasn't not my server but he made sure that. I was ok my actually server didn't check on me at all but over all it was my best.

Glad we walked in when we did got a seat immediately!! Food was ok...its been better...crew didn't seem synced

The BEST Waffle House I ve ever been too. The staff are nice and welcoming. The cooks are on point, and they keep the space clean. The atmosphere was nice as well. We will continue dining here!

Waitress wasn't professional . Didn't offer $5 menu. I ordered an Angus burger with hash browns. It was on the $5 menu as double burger with chilli. She charged me $8.59. I asked her about it and said why you didn't suggest it. She said she didn't know. So no tip.....Won't return.

The best thing about this WH is the friendly staff. They always make you feel good, and that's an important part of what makes a great dining experience. Next best thing is the food of course! I always get the same thing - grilled chicken breast or two (how do they make them so delicious, juicy and tender!), hashbrowns topped and peppered with two eggs over medium on top. If I have room for dessert it's a pecan waffle! Delicious and satisfying!

The service was horrible. I understand that wait times are longer than normal during this time. However customer service goes a long way. The lady that took our order never said "hello" just asked what we wanted. There two two teenage boys ahead of us. They receive their food almost the same time we did after q 20 minute wait. An elderly while gentleman came in say down after us & got served right away. Scrambled eggs & coffee.

Arguably the best Waffle House I have ever been to. Very clean and the cooks here are the best. Try ordering hashbrowns all the way in a tortilla wrap with a scrambled egg. One of the best breakfast burritos you can get (not listed on the menu).

This is by far the best Waffle House ever. I appreciate that the staff always welcomes everyone with a big smile. They attend you quickly and they always make sure you have everything you need. The team energy here is just great and the food never disappoints .

It took forever to get my order all i ordered was a biscuit the floors was dirty ,took forever to wipe off tables, and the waiter michael was not nice at all

Hustling! Corporate office was on the scene. Everything was running and moving fast. Cleaning up making it right. Making things run with greater efficient.

My god! I've never in my life seen anything like it. Disgusting! This place is filthy! I managed to get a pic of the floor from the outside in my car and you could still see the catastrophe!

The customer service was terrible. When we gouty our ticket they had added some type of service charge. They said it was for taking their time to write the order. I thought that would be a given!!

The original waffle house, literally right across the street from the first one ever! Better-than-usual service.

Went there during the lunch timeframe. Food was ok. The staff was very unprofessional. They were talking amongst themselves very loudly about personal things, using profanity and the n word and it was very obvious that guests were uncomfortable. They weren t too attentive to guests either. Probably won t dine in there anymore.

It's Waffle House! Always reliable food at any hour of the day or night. The staff here is super nice.

I really want to like Waffle House because I actually think they have some of the best Waffles in town. However, the restaurant and the kitchen area is usually not as clean as you would expect it, so you just have to brace yourself before visiting a WaHo. The people are usually friendly and you can eat a good meal for cheap so there are advantages to visiting Waffle House.... I just wish the restaurant was a little more clean.

A fun fact: Near this location, you can find the Waffle House museum, which was the original Waffle House.

I wish I had more stars. Our server Jasmine was great! The food was fantastic, and they were very professional. Another woman created a scene in the restaurant and instead of speaking ill of her once she left, everyone remained calm and continued to work. As a customer who pays attention to little details like that, Thank you very much. Very respectful, very helpful, and very pleasant experience.

The best cup of coffee I've had in years -- no exaggeration. And an excellent hamburger. Really good people who clearly enjoyed working there.
