I work here now through Pro Resources it's a great job , a lot of diversity. I love it personally.

Is there an option for 0 stars? They burn through employees for cost savings. Bad business. Not an ethical managerial group at all.

Horrible place waited 4 hours to get unloaded then i get inside they start unloading trucks that came in after me smh

Who is that rude oaf at the guard shack. Old bastard looks like he was torn out of the back of a short bus and given a job to keep from biting people. Seriously this guy has not one iota of civility and does not belong in public.

Just like any other place of work. Some will like it, some will hate it. There are better places out there, but there are a lot more worse places.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience for the 2 years of investing my time into this established. Poor working conditions, leaking, cold, damp, dirty basement like environment. Benefits are expensive. Bonuses are taxed like crazy and that's if you get lucky to receiving one because they hardly ever give them don't know the reason behind that.

Wabash do not hire quality people. Witnessed this from working with too may people who didn't want to work as a team to get the job completed.

Unless you are out of options and need a quick buck this is The place to go i can't honestly come up with any positive things about wabash National. Only good memories I had is when when it was time to go home

Low quality trailers that get thrown together. When I drive past these trailers I speed past it because I know how they are built and rushed out I'm afraid it'd collapse on me.

Grossly incompetent phone staff, poor sign quality that fails to convey direction, archaic network setup. A poor excuse for a poorly run business.

I currently work for wabash and i love it. im a forklift driver on third. the people are easy to get along with. great place to work

I love working at Wabash, pay is good, and so are the people.

I have worked at Lafayette plant for 32 years and cannot really rate the place

Well it's good place people are good hard working. But the morality has dropped in the last few years..

4,hours wait to get unloaded flatbed, such a big plant and such lazy crew , shame

I been working in this place for the last 25 years and still here, why because i love my job , I pay off my house by my self, thanks for all the overtime Wabash give to me.

11.1.19,,, under staffed today,, slow to get loaded, dunno if normal,, trucks entry signage could be bigger and not past the entry gate,, confusing too 1st timers I'm sure, almost makes you think Your to go to next street, not at the signage,,, tight area to back into,,BLIND side, unless limited trucks, then you can make 180 to back in.... people are friendly and seem caring of the job... good job employees...!

Overnight parking for truckers delivering here. Fast unload

Wabash National is becoming complete TRASH. In the last month there has been NUMEROUS CARS HIT AND DAMAGED BY BOOGIES in the parking lot off of Kossuth and HR does absolutely nothing! It's insane and completely unprofessional that they can and have already installed CAMERAS on turret machines in the factory as well as plan on installing on presses, ect. Obviously to keep track of who makes what mistakes. But can't put money into WORKING CAMERAS OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING to insure it's hard working employees vehicles are safe. If you see this and are already a victim of your car being hit take pictures and call the cops. Wabash National's HR department is a joke and you will not be helped quickly or compensated like you should.

I have worked at this place awhile back. This was not the type of place I would want to stay and make a career out of it. I think this place suck and I hope you like working like an animal. In all fairness it does depend on where they put you cause floors is no fun at all.
