Super friendly staff, but i wish there was more selection
this is a great place to find new books to read or get on the computer for a couple of hours....
Great staff and facilities. Selection is adequate but could be improved.
Needs a bigger selection but besides that it always has what I need.
Good library with free WiFi and computer access good book selection and music and movies available.
Staff is very friendly. My kids love the storytime reading they do.
Quiet, staff is usually pretty nice. Sometimes the older librarian seems cranky but no biggie. I come here all the time with my kids and they love playing with the big checkers set and the books offered here are a decent selection. They could use some newer books but overall this is a great library.
I come all the time and it's super fun, and a great selection of books. I can read all levels which makes it great, and it's easy access to get here.
Cost $40 yearly for a library card if you don't live in Hunt County, $20 yearly if you aren't a resident of Greenville itself. Never heard of a library charging to borrow books before.
Really great place BUT THERE BOOK ARE NOT UP TO DATE. WORLD HISTORY STOPS IN THE LATE 1980S. #2. WEAR VIETNAM, IRAQ& AFGHANISTAN ETC. I FELT ITS TO"P C "for me. Don't get me wrong there PLENTY of computer copiers etc. VERY CLEAR ,GREAT BATHROOMS EVEN MEETING ROOMS. ITS JUST GREENVILLE IS WAY BEHIND TO TIMES BUT FOR P.C.CULTURE. EVERYONE'S NICE ,HELPFUL
THE GREENVILLE PUBLIC LIBRARY DOES NOT PROVIDE NOTARY SERVICES
Notary services in the Greenville/Hunt County area are available in the Hunt County Courthouse.
Great access to the Computers. Never any waiting. But need more new books to read.
My child loves the story time, but even with a GREENVILLE address. I have to pay $20 for a library card for me. Since I live outside of their colored map. Its "outside Greenville limits."
Funny, I dont see a sign that states greenville ends on my way home. Also, getting a child library card is free they say. When you try to check out books for your kid. Oh you have to pay the 20 to get a library card and your kids is connected to you. Wow, just wow. I cant afford the 20 dollars to get one right now and I'm not even outside of Greenville's actual city limits. Just their computers.
