The W South Beach is amazing!

I was in town for a weekend and had a great stay.

The staff was very charming, professional, and took care of everything as expected.

The rooms were excellent with an ocean front views that were beautiful.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to shopping and restaurants also you are right on the beach with amazing access.

I like to go running in the morning, so having access to the boardwalk was also great.

The amenities were perfect, the food was delicious and the outdoor bar was a lot of fun!

If you are in Miami for a weekend I highly recommend staying at W South Beach!

The WET bar is awesome. Music is very chill. Come to watch the crowd

Beautiful modern decor with highly attentive staff. From the front staff, to security, to car attendants, to pool staff everyone was extremely friendly and gracious. The hotel is of course well kept, but it is also extremely clean making it even more comfortable. Delicious room dinning and onsite restaurants.

We stayed at the W South Beach for our honeymoon and everything was P-E-R-F-E-C-T! Andrew Puglia was the manager who took care of our stay and he made sure every little detail was perfectly set up for us. Every single staff member at the W was so friendly and thoughtful.
First, Andrew made sure we got upgraded to a suite instead of a regular room. We had early check-in and late check-out for our stay. In addition, the room was decorated specifically for our honeymoon with balloons, banners, flowers, and notes congratulating us on our recent wedding. There was also champagne and chocolates for us, which was incredibly thoughtful! Andrew also emailed my spouse prior to our arrival to get things set up for us and really made sure everything was perfect which was very thoughtful.
We stayed at the W for 5 days and everything was wonderful. The pool area is very enjoyable and staff sets up beach lounge chairs with towels and brings you ice water. The restaurant has one of the nicest setups with lots of greenery. We had breakfast there 2 of the days and it was fantastic. The W also offers free bike rentals and we used those twice to go along South Beach's boardwalk.
We had a wonderful time at the W and highly recommend it for special occasions or just any vacation/visit to Miami.

W is always gonna be W. Not my first stay, I'm sure it won't be the last. Gorgeous rooms are completed with stunning views. I've stayed at many other hotels in Miami but W is so far the best. You can't go wrong with 'W'. Thank you!

Hotel is located in a great location. Overall, the staff was very friendly, helpful and wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Sole F, our W Insider, Rick and Koya were incredible in making sure our large group was taken care of during our stay. The Sensational 2 BR suite was fantastic for my wife and two children. Gym was well equipped, Pool and Beach staff were incredible. AWAY spa was perfect for this trip. Food / Drinks at the bar, restaurants were good. It was unfortunate Mr. Chow is only open for dinner and there was some rain during our stay.

Ended up at the W Miami celebrating my & couple friends birthday after our Spain trip got canceled. I ll honestly have to say our trip and stay at the W was so good, largely due to Sole - W Insider.



Reservations, cool spots around town, and of course, each birthday kid received champagne and treats to help us celebrate. It was truly whenever, whatever. Sole really made this trip memorable and out of the 600+ nights I ve spent in global Marriott properties, this will be one of my favorite W Ambassador/Insider experience for sure. Thank you for making it so memorable Sole!

Had a girlfriends reunion and the staff at the W went out of the way to make it special
(You re the best Lisa Heath!!!). Above and beyond expected service from concierge, to poolside, to beach and everything in between.
I definitely won t forget this trip
