The drinking water's quality is great. You can pay both elmar and web bills here, even on saturdays!
When paying online or even at their offices, they would still send us notice that we did not pay. They do not want to allow us to prove that we have paid the bills, and make many mistakes and then overcharging us. Real thieves in resending bill payments despite they are all paid and then threatening to not provide water anymore
