My favorite hotel to stay in Boston. Hotel is relatively new and recently renovated. Very nice modern feel to the hotel throughout and great restaurant. Will definitely be coming back here when I go to Boston.
Like if I could live her forever I would the service is phenomenal the valet was so helpful very informative on great places to eat the hotel is in the theater district soooo much history . mall is walking distance definitely will be back for the comfortable beds and service

I really hate that I have to give this place a 2 star review. I like the W brand and have stayed in several. That's what makes this one so disappointing. I know that it's Boston, not Miami Beach, but the room was small and not well appointed. There were no dressers whatsoever, the only drawers were in the night stand and for some reason there was no light in the shower. It's not that it was burnt out, it just wasn't there. The refrigerator was so small a take out container would not fit. There was no mini bar, no room service which I sort of understand during covid but most hotels have some kind of limited menu. This was kind of a grab and go thing. There is a restaurant, sort of. I don't know if it was good (we were deterred from eating there because reservations were strongly recommended and it didn't look like it was much more than a bar). There were 2 elevators but one was roped off for students I am not really sure what that was about. The other elevator was actually pretty good, one of the highlights of any hotel is a superfast elevator and it does have that. The staff is super friendly and very competent, and it is in an amazing location that is extraordinarily walkable to everything you would want to see in Boston so no complaints there, I just really expected better from the W brand.
Beautiful rooms extremely comfortable beds really nice shower and accountable bathrobe customer service is good if they realize that you're a gold member it's exceptional upgrade and some wonderful service at that point. Best nights sleep that I've had in about six months

Valet parking is $60, which is a half of what I paid for the stay. But overall was a great experience
It looks nice went here today but the club tunnel is closed so don t waste ur time...
Very friendly staff. Rooms are good, food is now from a limited menu but good. Enjoyed and recommended.
Nicest hotel I have stayed in! Amazing bed and view! The room had a mini fridge and a safe. I stayed on the 14th floor and you could see all of Boston from the view!
The elevator is also really fast! The manager gave us free water and we also walked to the bakery a block over and it was amazing!
I had a good time at the W Boston, overall experience was good, I think could be a little better , but it was good .
The room I have stay was quite big , shower was good and the bed was really comfortable, The shower amenities were very good .
The hotel staff overall was very friendly, Amanda in the morning was always going the extra mile and helping.
The location of the hotel it's good, there is subway, bike station and buses all in a 1 block radius. The amtrak it's a 8 min walk .
