Leased my first Toyota six years ago. Great experience. When lease was up leased another. Same great experience. Today I leased the third Toyota. I must say not only was it the same great experience, but in addition to the transaction going very smoothly the sales person, John Dasher, was so knowledgeable. Not only knowledgeable but entertaining. When my group left the dealership we felt very well served and understood what we leased and how the vehicle would meet our needs. Business deal, yes, but so nice to deal with someone so accommodating. We will probably be back there leasing again in three years.

I recently visited Lewis Toyota. I am absolutely thankful and impressed with the customer service. There was no pressure at all with any sales rep. The finance department did a good job at explaining any questions I had. I would recommend 100%.

Recently I had two issues with Lewis Toyota in Topeka. I had a reasonable and low key discussion with the service manager and one of the store managers. One issue was completely resolved to my satisfaction. The other was an assurance offered that service would be very professional and to my satisfaction. I have not yet been back for service, so the jury is still out. However, I was treated respectfully, professionally, and in a friendly manner. It is my intention to return to Lewis in the future for service. Five stars sill come later. (---:

John D. once again provided us the best car shopping experience we all could hope for. He is an incredible salesman that helped us find a car that checks all our boxes. He does not come off pushy or demanding like the typical salesman we all fear. John goes out of his way to get you the best deal possible and will even help program your stereo/Bluetooth even after you already completed the paperwork. Ask for John and you won t be disappointed!

I took my 2002 Tacoma in for an oil change today. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. AND they didn't try and rip me off by adding additional "problems" that really didn't need to be done. (like MIDAS) When they were done the man said that my truck was in perfect condition and they charged me what they said they would, therefore, I give them a 5 star rating.

Everyone provided amazing customer service even when I wasn't approved without a large down payment. They were still extremely nice. Wish I would of been able to go with them as I know I would of had a reliable vehicle with amazing people if I ever had a problem. No complaints. And will still recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Had a pre-scheduled oil change on my Sienna. First...

Had a pre-scheduled oil change on my Sienna. First off, I was told I needed a factory recommended transmission service and coolant flush for about $400. I declined the offer and proceeded to go inside and wait. During that time, I found that the services recommended we not factory recommended at all. I understand try to "up-sell" services for commissions, goals, etc. Just don't tell me it is factory recommended. Dealer maybe, but not factory. After an hour and a half, I finally went to check on the status. "Oh yeah... it's ready". When the advisor was going over the inspection sheet, it was recommended that the cabin air filter be replaced on the next visit, as it was showing wear. Funny thing is I installed a new cabin air filter the day before, and even very clearly wrote the date of installation on it. That tells me it was never checked. I mentioned that to the advisor, and all I got was a nervous laugh. Next, I was told the air filter in the engine compartment was looking good. I can tell you it was not. It was very dirty, but I left it in place as a test. Same nervous laugh. Failed again.
I contacted Toyota to submit my concerns and have not heard a word back. I am disappointed that when the advisor was confronted there was no attempt at a resolution.
Only reason I gave it 2 stars was the fact that everyone on the sales floor was very kind and nice to chat with and the facilities were nice.
