I have been dealing with Thea from VOYS. From the first phone I had with her she has been professional, efficient and friendly. I have had a bad experience with other providers in this industry and I can say without a doubt that this company knows how to provide an excellent service!!!! I can highly recommend them. Their product has all the features we required (where other providers didn't) and they are just so on the ball!

Awesome customer service and very useful product! It's refreshing to find a phone solution that frees me from the clutches of Telkom. Much better service and calling is cheaper as well. I would highly recommend Voys to business that need a phone solution.

I installed the Voys System for my company last ye...

I installed the Voys System for my company last year. The system has major problems. The servers for the VOIP system are not stable and go offline. The system resets itself which causes it not to work and doesnt allow calls to come through. Calls can't be transferred. The support for the system has been appauling. You can only gets support between 9am and 4pm. The support staff keep changing and are not able to resolve issues. Buyers beware this VOIP switchboard system has cost my company in loss of reputation and profits due to a switchboard which consistently drops calls, only transfers intermittently to extensions and is pretty much functionally unusable and VOYS are unable to resolve any of these issues. I would issue zero stars if this option was available.

Their process is immaculately streamlined, moving over from Telkom, porting of my line, right down to their actual app is nothing short of flawless.

Well done to their entire team, nothing can beat good service with a quality product.

I have been using VOIP for 20 years in the UK. I still use 2 UK providers, Voiptalk & Voipfone. I am really impressed with your platform. In fact I think it is better than the two UK providers BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY the special access I get to your excellent engineer Reagan. What a pleasant and exceedingly helpful fellow. It is obviously he loves every minute of his work !!!
Being able to speak to a human being is vitally important. The UK providers hide behind a ticket system that seldom gets immediate attention.
Well done Voys......i think it was the late TONY FACTOR who once said, MY BEST ASSETS go home to sleep at night .

Voys is an absolute money saver and excellent alternative to the old telkom system for small or start up businesses
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, patient and well experienced to answer or solve any pbx related issues.

After numerous complaints about the phone calls not going through to switchboard but coming through to extension phones, we are still being ignored. No business can function if calls cannot be diverted properly. Poor service and support.

The VOIP system are completely useless for any medium sized business. Completely unstable . The system resets itself which causes it not to work and doesn't allow calls to come through. Calls can't be transferred. The support for the system is virtually non existent . You can only gets support between 9am and 4pm. The support staff keep changing and are not able to resolve issues. We've been on the system for a year and pretty much needed to put one of our sales guys full time on the constant resetting of the phones, VOYS are unable to resolve any of these issues and don't seem to understand their own system. VOIP systems are supposed to simplify things. I miss Telkom !!!

We have been having issues for some time with our system and the support has been non existant. The system gives issues on a regular basis such as the system resetting itself and not allowing calls through, unstable lines where you can't hear anything and calls that can't transfer sometimes. I do not recommend them.

Very cool and affordable telecoms system. I do a fair amount of traveling and Voys delivers my landline calls seamlessly to my mobile phone. Best part is that I can self-manage functionality from an online portal.

Overall expereince has really exceeded all my expectations. The call quality has been very good and reliable. The setup, configuration, reporting and invoicing all works very well, all very intuitive and easy to understand and use. The personalised and very attentive and caring customer service provided by Mr Yoann Pons at Voys was really exceptional. The pricing model is also very good. In my case, as a startup venture I feel like Voys really added a lot of value.
