The outside is deceiving, but once you walk inside the lobby is bright and modern. Complimentary drinks from 5:30 to 7:30. Breakfast was very good with small cheese omelettes, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, toast etc. Room was clean and very nice. However, our room was freezing. We cranked the heat and went out to dinner but it was still very cold when we got back. It was a very cold walk to and from the restaurant so at this point I was very chilled. I ended up taking a hot bath and going to bed. Room was slightly warmer at this point but not by much. We would have complained but we were very tired from traveling since 3 am and didn't feel like packing up and moving to a different room. This was room 401.

The price was really good for what you get, they were very nice and It was clean. Only reason they don t get a 5 is parking and no area for the dog to go to the bathroom. Parking wasn t free and I didn t feel the most Comfortable with the neighborhood it was parked in. It was A long walk to find grass for dogs. They have a hot tub and sauna but because of covid we couldn t enjoy. I would stay here again. It was better than another hotel we stayed in anchorage that was twice the price.

My friend and I stayed for two nights at the end of September and we loved it! Ronnie (front desk) was so helpful and fun. We loved the welcome reception/happy hour. The location was great and the rooms were large and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Anchorage.

Clean room, more modern style. Friendly staff. Easy process. Better than most continental breakfasts, too.

Only downside is that we picked this spot for pool access, which was in the building across the street. I asked before I booked and when I checked in. And when we got dressed and went across the street to go to the pool, we found the hours were wrong AND it was closed, every weekend, and they just hadn t communicated with each other about it. On a trip specifically for my kid s birthday this was really disappointing.

All you need is here. And Ronnie, at check in is polite, professional, and helpful. The room is huge, the bed is comfortable and a modern bathroom. Kitchen in room with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a few essential utensils. Breakfast had the basics, with pancakes as the only hot option. The lady that works in the dinning area is really nice and helpful. Parking of the street, $3.50 for two hours. Free between 6pm - 9:00am and on weekends

I traveled to Alaska to visit family. I stayed for 3 weeks. Stayed with family for a few nights but staying put in Alaska is not a good plan. Stayed at 6 different motel-hotels throughout Alaska. This by far was my favorite. Clean, comfortable beds. Staff was the best. Cared about all visitors. Friendly to all my visitors. Rooms were large and very clean. I will always choose this hotel to stay whenever I visit Anchorage. Location was perfect. I could walk throughout downtown Anchorage. Some rooms have wonderful views.

Location is nice. There s a lake a couple of meters away. Rooms were clean and staff is friendly. Pet fee of $30 and $100 after your 3rd day. Loved the keurig machine and the sleepytime tea. Streets can get noisy due to the downtown traffic. Rooms are on the pricey side.

The location is the best part of this hotel. You are truly within walking distance of Anchorage's most popular restaurants and bars, and you are minutes drive away from highways and from grocery stores/etc. Only 10 minutes away from the airport. I had a room on the 4th floor which had an amazing view of the ocean. the staff is great and wonderful customer service. A pretty good breakfast available in the mornings in the lobby (pancakes, muffins, yogurt, coffee). I did not love that anyone could walk into this hotel and get on the elevator, but Anchorage is a pretty safe place. Also the exterior of the hotel needs desperate updating, but the rooms themselves were comfortable, cozy, and great.

Nice place tto stay with little kitchenette. Rooms are very clean and cleaning staff really friendly. Front desk needs to take lessons on be friendly. Parking is $15.00 a day through the hotel across the street IF you tell before you park. They tell you after the fact. We paid $25 a day and they did not offer to pay back the difference. Ugg

This hotel was so nice and quiet. The front desk guy, Ronnie was absolutely great. Very informative and helpful. The breakfast was good, and happy hour was convenient. All of the staff I encountered was very friendly. I recommend this hotel.
