Great location, but no added value for us. Very uninterested guide, who gave us minimal information, which we had to ask for ourselves. Not recommended in our opinion!

If you are looking for an electric bicycle, it is very useful to try different brands at De Fietser in Ede. It is a pity that an important player in the market, Gazelle, is missing from the range. But that doesn't mean we got a good idea of different brands and it really helped us make a decision.

Very large hall with a huge selection of bicycles and the possibility to also test. There is room to eat a sandwich and drink something delicious. There is a piece of bicycle museum where you can also sit on a large bicycle. Very nicely done!

Bicycle test center of brands such as Sparta and Koga located in an old industrial location. So for the more expensive segment. You can try out bikes here on a test track. Coffee corner. Nice bicycle museum is free to visit. Set up a little too large: you quickly feel lost. Staff does not really respond to this. Within walking distance of Ede-Wageningen station. Free parking in front of the door.

We listened carefully to what we needed. After which, after testing several bikes, we found the perfect bike for us. And that was not the bicycle we had in mind, because it suited us less than we thought.

Truly a TOP location with friendly, knowledgeable employees who take all the time for you and listen carefully. The range of brands present is more than sufficient, but in my opinion some other brands can be added, such as: Cube, Trek, etc.

Nice location where many bikes can be tried out. It would be fairer that De Fietser clearly states that these are only bicycles from the listed Accell. So you don't have to be here for Gazelle, Giant, Cube or Specialized. Indeed the restaurant is expensive and the service could use a "customer friendliness" course. The same applies to the employee we met on the Test Track: "I'm just busy on the computer, you go to my colleague", so he was busy too. Together with my father we drove 500 kilometers to test a few bikes. The same gentleman who had no time at first had no desire to adjust the steering wheel of the Koga Miyata E-Nova that my father wanted to try: "if we do that, they will be destroyed". Not a good advertisement for a bicycle of 3000 Euro. The location is great, the decor is nice but there is room for improvement. You should treat someone who comes to pick up a 3000 Euro bicycle as "king", not as "street coffee" as my father says.

Nice large bicycle showroom with test track. A huge number of bicycles and a huge range of electric bicycles. It is a pity that only a few brands have parked their bicycles there. Staff very friendly and you can even have a nice cup of coffee or eat a sandwich.

Great that I could charge my car without parking costs. Top company with beautiful bicycles in the bargain.

Fantastic range of various brands of bicycles that fall under Accell Netherlands. Ample opportunity to test bikes. Employees are knowledgeable and since there is no sale, it is a relaxed atmosphere when information is requested. The coffee bar has excellent coffee! (Just mail in advance that you are visiting then the coffee is free !!)

We felt that we got a good idea of various E-Bikes by professional staff, with a nice Test Track at a top location.

If you're looking for :

- extensive, user-friendly and professional advice in your quest for the ultimate bike
- a huge testing center that has all Koga colors, sizes and configurations on-site for try-outs

Then stop looking because you've come to the only place that has both : De Fietser in Ede.

For us SUPER, we have been able to test all kinds of bicycles. Different gears (rohloff, alfine, derailleur) material (titanium, aluminum) sport / Urbanus, holiday model. Without feeling burdened to buy nothing (can't even).
Now we know what we want to buy (will be a 2nd hand with chain and rohloff)

Impressive from the outside, but ... (and I just now read that in other reviews too) the older man with glasses, rushed towards me halfway: I asked: "can I just walk on anyway?" (Because at the desk it is rather compelling that you have to report there first, but there was nobody there, he says: yes uh I don't know what the intention is? . I indicated: well, just orientate? "Yes, yes, it goes well, but then" ... the whole sentence to buy something from someone like that had disappeared like snow in the sun. I did not come for a bicycle of 400 euros ....

This could be one of the greatest bike stores in the country. Good location. A lot of space. Good choice.

However, if you get there and do not have an appointment they do not even talk to you. The sales people prefer to have a chat with each other. Next appointment available in about a week. Feels a bit like dealing with the tax department.

We visited here by appointment to try out a children's bike. Unfortunately, the range of children's bicycles is not very large. But you can cycle a round to find out which size fits best. The staff are helpful. De Fietser is not a sales location, so you can look around here in peace.

There is a wide range of bicycles for "adults", including electric bicycles and a test track.

The accessibility of De Fietser is very good. Within 5 minutes from the A12 and right next to Ede-Wageningen railway station.

good place to orientate yourself on an electric bicycle. Only 3 brands in different types of livestock. You can ride all bicycles inside the course and make a good comparison. Too bad there are only 3 brands (accel group). Well helped and good information. Finally visited the restaurant where you can wait a long time for your coffee because there is no system and customer support does not work. A cup of coffee should be able to go faster and not wait until someone else's sandwich is finally made. Cappuccino in a glass is not recommended, but a hand burner.

Great bike test center located in the Enka complex close by to Ede-Wageningen train station. Has the most well known Dutch bike brands and other specialized bike brands. The center allows you to test the bike in a small road with a small elevation path. The staff was very attentive, explaining in details the characteristics of each model (they really know their business) in a cozy ambience. Due to covid-19, an appointment is needed -but you can do it online. This is not a bike shop, you will test the bikes and choose one or two you like, they either print it or send it to you via e-mail. I was pretty satisfied that I narrow my choices to two bikes.

Beautiful location to find out what kind of bicycle or cycling equipment there are. The choice is huge. The indoor cycle track is huge. You cycle on that track so easily that you don't get a realistic picture of the bike. So first go outside to get a real picture of the bike. There is a spacious parking lot next door. Ns station is within walking distance.

An ideal opportunity for people who want to buy a new bicycle to compare and / or try out the different bicycles.

Under the name Corona, the staff have an appointment time of 45 minutes, and are not flexible to allow more time to make time. In fact. The seller was running out with customers in front of us, so we only "got" half an hour to inquire and look around and test. Will you come there to pick two bicycles without financial restriction (because of grandma). It supposedly had to do with people per square meter * on the test track *, not in the huge building. As if everyone is going to test bikes at the same time. After half an hour the seller started to get nervous and to make some prints and to ask to go "because the other customers are already there." We came specially from Apeldoorn because previous experiences were good here. we will not again because if no time is taken but you want to sell and be well known ....

Don't go here to see a speed e-bike. There are only 3 models. No models available for testing at the boarding days. Despite the excellent location of De Fietser to test a spinec in the area. Advice from employees "go to a bike shop for a test drive". #missed opportunity

Received good information and the opportunity to try out many bikes. After my visit I knew what kind of bike I should have.

What a great concept. We pointed this out by the bicycle shop, made an appointment and received a very friendly and professional reception. Everything corona proof, including gloves before you get on the bike. You can try all the bikes on the test track. I have made my choice and am going to order it from my own bicycle shop.
