Super-friendly, happy helpful staff and fun atmosphere, and....... TASTY donuts. I try to stay away from flour products but stopping by Voodoo Donut was a real treat. The coffee was hot and delicious. My Voodoo Donut was a fresh gooey delight stuffed with a raspberry jelly and frosted perfectly. Now I want another.

It's like I died and went to donut heaven! The flavor combinations are really creative, and super tasty, and the people that work there couldn't be more fun! I'd live here, if I could.
Safeway...what ya gonna say ..Its a typical town supermarket...with a twist. Go on a Sunday ..do a little shopping ..grab some Joe...head back outside and people watch. So cool when you start seeing the community show up...seems like everybody knows someone. Its the power of North Portland and those deep roots of God fearing beautiful people.
We got lucky there was no line. Staff are so helpful and friendly. The donuts were incredible and it taste amazing! You can t beat the price! They have two choices per dozen; Voodoo dozen and Classic dozen.
I feel like they ve gone downhill. Donuts are drier, still not 21st century payment options, 45 minute line, and nothing has kept this place on the map. Portland has a ton of donut options and Voodoo is clearly on the money train spinning up other locations with equally bad donuts. Bring back the crazy great quality that made this place standout.
Somewhat of a tourist trap.... The donuts aren't bad, but aren't anything too special aside from some strange toppings. This location is also not my favorite because of the crowd and the people that wander around nearby. I will say, there was a guy with a guitar singing about how he fell in love with a girl in line at Voodoo. It was great until he kept repeating it for the 15 minutes we were in line. I'd recommend going to a less populated location in a safer area of Portland to get your Voodoo fix. It's certainly weird!
The line moved very quickly, and the doughnuts were delicious. Very fluffy and light dough, we tried the chuckles that was delicious and the bacon maple (good, but I don't get the hype... Very maple-y).
Amazing donuts! Minus one star because it was a long wait and we tried to order online but it showed unavailable. We watched multiple people walk up to pick up their online order and they even advertised on a sign to order online. Why have the sign if it's "unavailable."
Many people were waiting. Still, the line of waiting decreased quickly. The distance from each counter I order is a little close, but there was no problem. The doughnut price was not as expensive as I thought and it was so delicious. I understand why you are famous. If there's no waiting line, it's a place I want to try again next time.
It was my first time there and Miki helped me out. She offered me some really good suggestions on what to get. I forgot to tell her it was my birthday today. Overall, staff was very friendly and personable!
