Vonigo is very powerful, yet flexible and customizable for how we do business. The customer support team responds quickly and is amazingly patient and accommodating. Reports on any metric you can think of are available, but if what you doesn't already exist, Vonigo's support will create a custom report. Best of all, Vonigo didn't just want to sign us up - they suggest ways we might take advantage of different features, and they actively seek our feedback on how the product is working for us - not something you find too often.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Vonigo for their product and customer service staff, especially in these trying times. We are growing nonprofit. With Vonigo, we have been able to leverage technology in our service scheduling and increase our donations. We have added another service vehicle to try to keep up and are now booked on average a week out. Because of the software solution that is Vonigo, we are able to keep up and in communication with our customers from first contact so no one is left behind. As we grow, Vonigo has been there every step of the way with world class customer service, first contact resolution, assurance of help and an attitude of gratitude in their communications. We appreciate Vonigo's product and their team. Keep it up!

We've been working with Vonigo for the past few years and use the system for our Handyman Franchise. Its a great software for multi-unit businesses that support our franchisees, online booking and scheduling for all of our jobs. We have also had great response times for any support tickets.

The Vonigo staff has been amazing when it comes to...

The Vonigo staff has been amazing when it comes to customer service. The on-boarding process was quite smooth. The system has so many functions! Even better than the on-boarding is the support they have given, it has been near immediate whenever we have had questions or needed directions. I would recommend it!

I have been using Vonigo for three months now and ...

I have been using Vonigo for three months now and as with any new platform you need to learn the specifics to be able to leverage the full platform benefits. I am really happy with the interconnections it has with other systems we use like Quickbooks or Authorize.net for credit card transactions. The best part has been their support team, they always reply fast to my questions and if it is too complicated they will prepare small video tutorials for me. There is always room for improvement and simplification and the team is open to hearing the ideas and implementing some of them
