I loved working with them and love the environment were I was working . They trained you very well even though I brought some of my experience I gotta say thank you guys .

Pay is average, I do enjoy working with the company. In my opinion same managers are more "attentive" than others but all in all you work without a boss "riding" you and as long as you do your work as you should there's no problems. I would recommend the company for a job to anyone looking for work

Worst Experience ever working with Vonachen. They do not compensate hard working employees. All supervisors & office employees get paid to play on their phones the majority of the work week. Terrible Communication! Very Poor Integrity! The office assistant/HR specialist is useless. & So was Ron at the corporate office in Peoria.

It took an entire YEAR to go from making $8.25 to $9.25 and that was only because I got a better supervisor. They rarely let you get any OT. And they started to expect you to clean a building ,they usually gave you 4 hrs to clean, in 2 hours. Half the time. They didn't appreciate very much and was always so quick to criticize you instead of trying to help you.

Worked for them for 4 years, it was great. Set schedule, decent pay for the work involved, and perfect for those who like working independently and little to no customer contact.

Full time and no benefits. Work holidays at regular rate.
