It's funny how the only 2 reviews on here are poor. Some people will only write a review when they feel the need to bash on the company. I can assure you that Audi takes care of their customers and they strive to satisfy every customer... some people are just never satisfied.

Have the pleasure of working out of this office a couple days a week. Lovely office building w decent options in the cafeteria. Lots of nostalgic art depicting the history of VW/Audi. Get to see some cool cars. But the best part? The team is great! I m a vendor and they treat me like one of the family :)

A nightmare that I cant seem to wake up from. Owner of a 2011 S5 cabriolet purchased last year. Love the style, and I wanted AWD. My happiness with this car ends there. Due to problematic transmission issues and sensors Audi had to make upgrades. Vehicle is hazardous to drive. I guess unless your car seizes up or abruptly drops gears "while on the damn highway" you wouldn't know. I have not found it anywhere that they made the customer/consumer/owner aware of the change/upgrade. The best part...there are NOreplacement parts your only alternative is to purchase a new transmission. AT YOUR EXPENSE. Customer Care has not been accommodating their idea of assitance is a joke, if anything they are trying to deflect blame. Audi is not taking ownership and responsibility to replace faulty and shoddy workmanship and expects me to incur expenses to fix a problem that was not the result of mileage, year, previous owner, wear or tear, warranty. Instead of focusing on Customer Satisfaction. My 16 year old import by one of their competitors is the RELIABLE vehicle. I must agree with other negative reviews and I would NOT advise anyone to buy one not worth the trouble with the car or expecting fair customer service

It has taken over a month of phone calls to attempt to resolve multiple maintenance issues on a Q7 with 15K miles (abnormally worn brakes, rotors, cupped tires, air blower motor twice). Feed back was terrible. A regional person finally called, promising to call back, and failed. On my third Audi SUV, I will not be with this brand for long. I will not recommend this brand based on ownership experience.

Its been almost 2 weeks since my car was bought back. I have received my payment for the additional settlement, but my loan has not been paid off yet. The check is sitting in Michigan. I have continued to try to reach them, but the line that deals with settlement issues seems to have no service and they just keep hanging up on me. I have been without a car for 2 weeks. I have read multiple articles, and multiple reviews on this website and others. I am not the only one experiencing this issue. I require a vehicle for my daily work, and not having one is jeopardizing my ability to do business. As someone with deep ties to the car community, and as someone who has multiple published articles in many automotive enthusiast and driving magazines, I would advise that they handle this process more expediently. I'm not sure that Volkswagen can handle much more negative press. With millions of VW owners feeling betrayed, cheated, and generally screwed over, It baffles me how this company, who's CEO is facing jail time as a result of a federal fraud and theft indictment, thinks it is acceptable to handle this process so whimsically. I am becoming increasingly angry with how this is being handled. You all better be offering customers like us some unfathomably good deals on our unlikely future VW purchases.

After finally getting through to VW's help line which deals with questions regarding the processing of claims and money transfer I was given this information by Sarah Noonchester.

1. your check goes from the dealership at which you complete your buyback to the headquarters to be processed.
2. As established by VW's agreement by the settlement team and their lawyers, they are allowed up to 10 days to process this check before sending it to your lender. The checks are all mailed as physical paper copies.
3. The checks are mailed in bulk to your bank/lender and then it is up to them to process it.

My check has been at headquarters for 5 days, so in 5 more days, according to them, if I have not received a tracking number, then I have reason to be angry.

After you have waited your 10 days, you may have to wait longer for your check to arrive at your lender's location, and then even longer for it to be processed.

I'd like to note that Sarah was very helpful and sympathetic. She did everything within her power to give me the information I asked for.

All in all, BE PREPARED TO BE WITHOUT A CAR, OR YOUR LOAN PAYOFF, FOR 1 ENTIRE MONTH.

Recently got 2017 A4 from here, brand new. Cool car, loaded with lots of features... BUT full of problems! Had to get parts replaced after the 1st week of use. Got the bearing and some other part (forgot what's that called) replaced and that process took 10 days. And NOW, after another 3 weeks of use, I have to visit the dealership again because the brake pedal had become some what stiffer and produce squeaking noise, random noise came out from the steering column and can definitely feel the vibration on my feet, loud noise from the moonroof and finally, the passenger side's seat rail brace is broken. Such a drama! Total waste of time and money! Will definitely review this feedback if everything has been resolved.

I returned my car to VW on 12/23 and I still haven't received my payoff. In addition to purposefully selling defective cars, VW has the nerve to provide the worst customer service imaginable.

Everyone likes to think it is the best place to work but in reality what they do is fill your heads with lies because all they need is a body to take calls since the question are constantly backed up l. They say they like to help but that is also a lie there is times when there is no supervisor on the floor to reach out to they als treat each employee different and favoritism is like wild fire and the consultants do not like to help and try to correct you rather than doing their job. There is also a lot of backbiting because in reality everyone is fighting for FTE position. Apply somewhere else and don't fall into the lies

Had the worst car buying experiance of my life last month with Audi. Brought a brand new 2017 Q5. The car stalled in 2 weeks and had to be taken back to the shop for a major repair. They ended up changing the entire cam shaft assembly. The company refused to provide any meaning full remedy for the situation. Who would expect a brand new car, that too an audi, to stall in two weeks. I wanted my money back, to which they said no.

I am now stuck with a car that I don't trust anymore. What if it stalls again on a highway. Audi should stand behind its quality and in it fails, be prepared to remedy to full extent.

Very disappointed in Audi and regret my decision to buy one.

Bought a 2012 Golf GTI as my first VW. I had to learn the very hard way why you should never by a VW. After 6 years the engine went bad. The dealer ship was completely unhelpful. I call VW of America about the issue see as i have heard very few tales of an engine going bad so quickly and they made it sound like "yeah this totally happens all the time". Sooooo now i am left with a pile of parts with no value. Thanks VW!

(If I could give 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat.)
A little over a month ago, I brought my 2009 VW Jetta Wolfsburg Edition 2.0T in due to a massive oil leak from the rear main seal, which cost me $1403.01 to repair. I asked at that time since I was already in for a repair, that a full inspection be completed so that I could be made aware if there were any other issues aside from the engine leak, AND I asked for a quote on a timing belt replacement (I was informed that I have a timing chain, not a belt and that it is not a maintenance part). I was told that I would just need some front end brakes very soon, and that was really all that needed to be replaced other than the oil leak repair.

Almost two weeks ago, I had to have my car towed to Volkswagen because it broke down and continuously misfired whenever I tried to turn the engine over. I was informed that there was a timing chain tensioner that was not well-lubricated and threw off the timing chain which caused it to go through my engine and seize up. (UM... I'M SORRY... WHAT?) I was quoted $9k for a new engine, and told it would only save me $200 for a used engine. The car isn't even WORTH THAT AMOUNT! I know I am a woman, Volkswagen, but I am not stupid. ALSO, VW recommends replacing the timing chain at 120k miles, my car doesn't even have 106k on it.

This is GROSS NEGLIGENCE on Volkswagens part. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THEM!!!! There has been a 2 year ongoing litigation against Volkswagen/Audi because they knowingly sold vehicles that had a defect in the engine and the timing chain system can fail at ANY TIME, leaving the driver stranded, or worse, badly injured/even killed.

Do your research. DO NOT BUY VOLKSWAGENS!!! Also, if anyone reading this is a lawyer and would like to help me pursue legal action, please feel free to get in touch!

I have recently ended my position here where I was a contract employee ..I made 14 an hr and worked 40hrs a week..The training is long and they do not go over what you need instead you spend time on filler subjects that you won't need..they treat the hired in employees way better ..they make people jump thru hoops to get hired in just because they can.. the supervisors micro manage you by hovering over you with there laptops...you have several calls pulled a month where they pick you apart on what was wrong.the company offers no benefits to contract employees.Overall this company is good for overtime..until you find something better..

I'm another of the "lucky" consumers who turned my car back in February, 2017 and didn't get paid off as per VW's legal agreement. I have been told countless untruths from the front line (claims center). So has my loan officer from my financial institution. Supposedly, the check was sent to to wrong address; therefore, they voided it and cut a new one. My lender was told it "would be there Friday." That was over three weeks ago. Seeing others' posts telling about similar problems makes me furious. How can anyone in their right mind believe anything they say? Isn't this theft?

Well let me start off by saying I have been treated with disrespect because im a woman and I contacted Jamie cano at vw of freehold nj 5 months ago and was told on 2 occasions that my ignitions switch was in and went there twice and the 1st time was told im sorry somebody forgot to order it the second time I was told o I don't know who told you it was here its on back order then got into the car with my 9 yr old daughter go to start it and the ignition switch burnt my starter and my 9 yr old got so scared she jumped out of car because the ignition switch was burning my starter they want me to pay for this this was the result of the ignition switch recall vw needs to step up and stand by the people like us that buy vw to make sure they have a job I have had to drive around for 5 months with an unsafe car because vw don't really care it angers me to say if they don't step up to pay for my starter I will be forced to take further action will keep you posted when home office of vw calls me back I hope they restore my faith in them fixing all our costumer concerns

Fires you for putting in your two weeks notice as you would professionally do so, take benefits away and don't care about any employees at all. Your time and hard work would be better spent elsewhere.

Either powerless or unwilling to resolve a problem I have with a dealer. Clear cut evidence, but they either won't or can't do anything. Both are inexcusable. Great product as far as the car goes, but just don't take it to a dealership to ever service it apparently. What I'm taking away from my Audi experience is that dealers can and will lie to you without repercussion from corporate, so a "good luck, friend." is about all the sympathy you'll get when you try to resolve a problem with these people.

Funny how VW got all the bad reviews off and put up a new one. The most unethical company they lie & cheat there customers to the end you want details contact me too much to post on this review and I don't own a diesel I own a VW gas engine. Johnny Bosh put all 5 stars on every VW dealership he is a VW employee. Funny how Bosh is the one who designed the cheat device for VW.

My Audi A5 has the dreaded oil consumption issue. Several test have been preformed and now as of today Audi will make good on warranty repairs.

A few questions came to mind after leaving South Hills Audi today and I picked up the phone and called Audi of America.

Sean was the representative that handled my call. He was fantastic in listening to my questions and concerns. He was not exactly sure of the resolution but quickly found the correct answers for me.

No qualm, Audi as a customer service team is as fabulous as the product they sell. From Jason Meier at South Hills Audi, to Audi of America, kudos to them for understanding what service should be!

I had left Lexus in the past over poor service and vowed to never look back. As far as I m concerned, Audi has a customer for life. Anyone can sell you a product but if your service is less than desirable, you have nothing.

Talk about the worst arbitration department of any manufacturer. At a time when no one wants to buy VW products they still treat their own dealers like s***. Jim, however, is a good guy. More heads need to roll at corporate to make significant change.

VW is a criminal organization. They defrauded 480,000 auto buyers in the us alone. Now they are failing to follow the tdi settlement terms. Anyone who buys a new VW can expect to be defrauded.

Worst experience ever and still going. Don't buy an Audi! Brand new 2016 A6 and multiple serious problems from day 1. They wouldn't do the right thing and replace it when mileage was under 200 miles. I had to deal with repairs for close to 2.5 months. #AUDIFAILEDME....Oh and i traded in my 2014 Q5. Low mileage and great condition to make this deal. Boy was that a mistake. Avoid #Audi at all costs. They talk about delivering an exceptional experience. That's certainly not the case. From the dealership all the way up to corporate #Audi.

I had the best experience with Volkswagen (Group of America, Inc), that was truly proving the company's name - "The People's Car Company" . I had an unfortunate manufacture defect in my brand new car causing big problems, after 4 months or so of repairs VW offered me a replacement vehicle, proving that they valued me as a customer and that they stand behind their company's value.
I cannot thank them enough for being on top of the customer service.

Great employer and car manufacturer. I am looking forward to their newest American-made vehicle. I recently test drove the all new SUV, ATLAS. Amazing quality while providing the most competitive price on the market.

I leased a 2019 Jetta in July. I had my car for less than a week before I had to bring it in for service. There had been an issue with some parts that weren't installed correctly...but that's not even my complaint. Kim L. In customer retention had been assigned to my case to replace my vehicle. It's been a month since I've had my car. I've had to make a payment on a car I don't have. I've had to pay insurance on a car I don't have and for a month Kim L. Has been avoiding my calls and emails. She finally called me back after the first 2 weeks and stated that she lost my number. I informed her that I had left her voicemails and emails all co tau ing my phone number. Silence. She said she was busy. So am I. I work 60 hours a week and I just want the car I'm paying for. She finally sent me paperwork to sign and requested documents from me. I obliged. Two weeks later she finally calls me back after I've emailed and called several more times. She stated she was waiting for a form I needed to sign. I said anything she had sent to me I signed and sent back. She said there was another one. I informed her i never received it. She said ok well i sent it goodbye! And hung up on me. This is supposed to be a customer RETENTION specialist! Ive asked for her supervisor and i was told she doesnt have one. Ive threatened to have my lawyer contact her at which point was the ONLY time i received a prompt response. It's been over a month sijnce I leased my car and she told me a replacement could take 2 more weeks when the dealership already has the replacement on the lot. I'd greatly appreciate it if KIM L' s supervisor could contact me because I've never received such horrible customer service in my life. UPDATE: the dealership forwarded the signed and notarized form Kim L. Requested to Kim and copied me on the email with attachment. Kim called me and said she didn't have the email. I informed her that i was copied on it so she should have received it but i went ahead and forwarded the email to her again. Then she said she received it from me but the dealership sent it to the wrong email (i copied and oasted her email address directly from the email the dealership sent...and she received it that time...weird.) She then said she didnt receive the last page of the form with the signature on it. I checked the email and apparently she doesn't know how the scroll feature works because it's the last page in the 3 page attachment. So although we all know how scary and difficult emails can be, I expect more effort and less excuses. If I don't get my replacement vehicle by tomorrow evening, my lawyer will be in touch with them by Thursday. Keep in mind its been over a month of this nightmare.

As a previous owner, and previous Audi enthusiast. I advise EVERYONE to avoid this brand! Being 24, I will make sure to spread the word! AUDI'S ARE JUNK AND WHEN THEY BRAKE YOU WILL LOSE EVEN MORE. I wrote a letter in my previous review just to have that deleted. #Audijoke

DO NOT I mean DO NOT buy a VW or ANY car from Tom Bush VW Mazda on Atlantic Blvd! They will sell you a lemon and fix it while under warranty for clogged sunroof roof drains and water damage. Now when the problem gets worse it's outside the warranty by TWO months and they don't want to fix it! They state the Florida heat caused this problem! THEN for one why did you sell me the car in Florida and two fix the problem in the first place. The answer I get is call VW of America! Which I called VW of America and I was given a discounted rate and an apology. Seriously I don't want either I want my car fixed, the same car that has 55,000 miles on it, the same car you fixed the first time! Let's lay it out there VW just settled a lawsuit in 2014 for $69 million for the same issue! They are taking food off my table to fix this problem and I'm sure this large amount of money to me they wipe their you know what with on a nightly basis. Oh oh need less to say when I bought the car I paid cash for the down payment which the salesperson took the cash from me over to the billing office and In the mean time $100 came up missing so they ended up taking it off the purchase of the vehicle! Ridiculous and Shady business! Second car from this dealership HIGHLY disappointing seeing as my first experience was so great! ! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM TOM BUSH OR A VW VEHICLE!!

2015 VW Jetta TDI bought on May 6th, 2017, Saturday, driven back to Lafontaine dealership on May 8th, Monday, 2017. Salesman absent. I left a very detailed note. Other salesman - useless. Hail Damage and defective mirror . Drove car home, Brake Warning Light On NOW. Called for salesman twice that week, put in voicemail both times. I emailed salesman on the 17th, got horrid reply on the 18th. I got a case # and regional Cust. Care guy, Useless. Asking me what I want ? What are my options ? Horrible experience. Should have bought anything except VW.
78 miles on odometer. VW, You know who I am. Have someone that knows what my options are contact me. Reimburse my insurance, Sirius freebie credit, tow my car to the VW dealer I want. I will take fix the car in for the roof repair, you pay for that as well. Throw in 10 free oil changes or swap my steel wheels for aluminum and promise to never abuse and neglect me and this car ever again. I bought the 10 year 120,000 warranty. This is my 4th new VW - 4 VW's in a row. Regrets - YES.
Photo shows 78 miles on odometer and Brake Warning Light is On.
Title says 61 miles. Driven 3 times, test drive, drive home and to dealer and home back on May 8th. 17 miles of driving - Brake Warning Light ! Shame on you VW ... I am not holding my breath. VW is the Worst ...

Worked the 3rd shift & the people I worked with were nice, but the shift wasn't. I got "let go" for a tardy & a call-in within the same week of me putting my 2 weeks notice in. They fired me saying that the 2 call-one were the reason I was being "let go". Sorry my taking a mental health night wasn't good enough for you.

Our car was declared totalled over 2 months ago. Our insurance company nor us can get in touch with anyone in the customer service dept. We have even been on hold for 2+hrs. People stay away from VW their customer service is the worst that we have ever seen. They don't care about you once you sign the dotted line.

Worst car mfg. I have ever purchased from. After selling me a car illegally in the 2.0TDI group. They have bungled my case to purchase it back and no one at the claims center they set up has any actual control or insight over what they are doing. I have 16 pages of precise notes with dates and times of who I have spoken with. This company should be out of business. They are absolute crooks!

I wish I could give zero stars. New TDI warranty is just a false document that give Owner s a cozy feeling but isn t honored by VW. Customer advocates just create lies in order to circumvent the warranty that was ordered. My TDI engine is now knocking very loud after receiving the emissions modification. I was told my engines flywheel is bad. Then I was lied to and told my flywheel is part of my transmission and therefore not covered by the new extended warranty. They continue to divert away from answering questions and refuse to help. See attached pictures.

I've been with VW/Audi at the dealer level for 18 years and this is the first time I've been here. It was a love/hate when it came to having training here. To be in the corporate office you really feel immersed in the brand which seems to add to the training. However, I have definitely been to classes in other venues that are MUCH easier to get to.
