I applied to look for a job in Poland. I was very surprised by the warm reception at the reception. The ladies were very helpful. Within a few minutes the person responsible for my case immediately helped me. But I had to apply for another newspaper in the neighboring city, but unfortunately it did not work. I was close to resigning from looking for a job. After the call, I was invited on Friday afternoon, and my supervisor, Agnieszka Baran, found a solution after a short time! I highly recommend this office - it does a really good job and is suitable for Europe! Thanks a lot!

Many many thanks!

On the plus side - it's the staff at the reception very polite and courteous, hopefully in other offices it was like that. And Polish laws are a completely different matter, regulations in Poland do not serve the citizen at all. I am applying for unemployment benefit, but it turns out that I need a special document confirming employment in the EU country for this purpose. I do not have this document, but VLO may apply for this document on my behalf. What turns out? VLO is applying for this document once every 3 months, and the unemployed is waiting for months to consider his case. What's more, the lady working in the VLO itself admitted that if the situation is opposite and someone from another EU country needs confirmation that he worked in Poland, it is the foreign labor office that urges VLOs to resolve the matter immediately. Unfortunately, Polish laws are not created in favor of a Polish citizen. Why is this situation tolerated? After all, it's humiliating to be treated like that in your own country, and in the meantime you can die of starvation waiting for an allowance! And in the meantime, you have to pay for commuting to the labor office or interviews, etc., because there are no free trips for the unemployed. Why in the West regulations are created to protect citizens - offices deal with obtaining the necessary documents and immediately, complaints are processed within 48 hours, and in Poland ... we want to cry. Indeed, one can die of hunger before the Polish system "moves" at all. Then politicians appeal for the return of Poles to the country from abroad. Someone will "leave" for a moment and compare how it is treated abroad, and as in your own country, you will not want to go back. Let something finally change in this country in favor of the citizen, because in the end no one will stay here ...

Regional labor market institution. WUP manages the regional component of the European Social Fund. Come here to find out about subsidies for the development of human capital or social capital in Western Pomerania (whatever that means) :)
