It took multiple attempts to get a response from their team, and when I finally did, they were not very helpful or responsive to my inquiries. The delivery of the cabinets was also delayed, causing further inconvenience. On the positive side, the quality of the cabinets themselves was decent and they were installed correctly. Overall, while I am satisfied with the end result, the lack of prompt and attentive customer service detracted from the overall experience.
