In my opinioin they should have nothing to do with Hospice my Mother was not given the proper treatment the suffering and neglect was unbearable i would not let them take care of a animal use Hospice.
Visiting Nurse did not bother to offer condolence after taking care of my Mom for 7 months. Weeks later after reaching out to her and her boss, we got an impersonal passive aggressive text recommending that I see a grief counselor.
VNA OF CARE NEW ENGLAND has been so awesome!! My Home Health Aide, Kimberly , is such a sweetie, but tough for my own good. Julie, my physical therapist is the best ever. My Occupational therapist, Maggie, was so helpful and full of knowledge. I can't say enough about these ladies. Thank you VNA!!
Worst medical company I ever dealt with. Excuses changed with every phone call. If you care about your health, don't use them.
