We have been v2 customers for so many years and you close it, why did you buy them in the first place. The worst of luck to you in the future.

Bought a starter kit, definitely a fake no ceramic in the leaf bowl, and would not heat up, but green light is on, plus did not come with cleaning kit. Fernando at customer service said it does not come with a leaf cartridge when I am staring right at the leaf on the cartridge. Good luck fake, copycat

It takes them a MONTH to deliver your order... They don't respond to e-mail.... Most of the 5-star reviews - are fake....

Tried to purchase a starter kit from a review of the product. Direct linked from the review site with a coupon code. The site also advertised that they had a 20% off starter kit promotion. Neither code worked. Fernando in customer support got on chat. Not only did he say too bad not going to help you but he asked me to send the screen shots to their support team. Hey too bad I can't help you but can you help me.
