This is the Flemish Parliament of Brussels a beautiful building that dates from the early 1900's with a very modern interior
The Flemish parliament where all the decisions are being taken
Hopefully, Flanders will once again become part of the Netherlands. Down with the French speakers!
People with empathy who let themselves be lashed by the media, and unfortunately succumb to this pressure, so that the intended objectives never prove feasible ...
Beautiful building. Only accessible by taxi. If the driver knows how to find it.
Nice building with some nice rooms. The dome room where the Flemish Parliament meets is impressive. In addition, there is an underground shell there, which I have already visited a few times as part of a study day. Also nice are the counter hall and the old wooden lifts (these no longer work but are fortunately retained).
The umpteenth identity crisis, but we will get there by trial and error and intensive defense against Xenophobia.
Here the general policy of Flanders is mapped out. Hopefully someday the independence of our beautiful region.
Unnecessary extra costs.
Battle 1302 was won by the workman against the Frenchman.
1914/1918 orders against the French-speaking officers.
The years 1938/1945 started the opposition, Devlag and vnv, black brigade and the eastern fonts. (With help from the church)
Lots of space and should also serve other purposes! ???!
The Flemish Parliament is a renovated, functional and elegant building. You have to request the visit to be able to visit it
As a class, we have requested a tour of the Flemish Parliament. This was no problem at all and we were invited to go. This was a nice informative tour of two hours with all kinds of information about the beautiful building and Flemish politics. The guides are volunteers from the Flemish Parliament so it is certainly more fascinating than permanent guides, because these people convey the information with passion which makes it much more pleasant for a student / visitor, you also get access to the beautiful building and the architecture that it certainly makes it worthwhile! At the end you will also be offered a free drink at the cafeteria which is also a nice gesture because the tour is also completely free! After the tour we also received a personal email from our guide, which also made it more pleasant to close. So if you have a political theme at school, definitely recommended to visit! Keep in mind, they prefer smaller groups because large groups could be quite busy.
Beautiful, modern parliament in the capital of Flanders.
