We are a contractor in Canada which does work for Vixxo. I would recommend that you do not do business with them. Here are reasons why:

1. Can take anywhere from 3-9 months to get paid.

2. They reject your invoices often and refer to contract. This of course happens after they approve numbers and you do the job.

3. No one at Vixxo takes ownership. Everyone just passes the buck.

4. Their first nvoicing portal they force you to use is brutal and extremely frustrating.

If you are a contractor that would like to do work with Vixxo, please do yourself a favour and run.

Anyhow, we unfortunately are left with no choice but to go direct to their clients and Bill their client for work we ve done. We ll be sure to include all our documented corespondence with Vixxo pertaining to the jobs they contracted us to do.

I can only echo the comments of all other contractors here, first they want to knock down the charges so you cannot make money and then they look for any reason not to pay. If you do choose to work with them, expect nothing but frustration and to never be paid. I cannot imagine any legitimate reviewer could ever say they are satisfied doing work with this group.

I have no idea how they have functioned as a company this long. We are a contractor and have purchased another company which was signed with Vixxo. As a result, Vixxo called us for services. We explained we were a different company at the start, signed their vendor packet with necessary forms, did a few jobs. Got paid after half a year and several calls about past-due balances, but to the wrong company name! We've reached out over 15 times over the course of a year to get them to change our company name and send payment with the correct information, each time they assure us they'll take care of it and it never happens. They still call in regularly for service requests, which we explain why we are rejecting it and instead of fixing it they say "okay thank you" and hang up. After a year of dealing with this, we finally get a call from a competent person (a manager) who seems genuinely interested in solving the problem, of course they drop off the Earth with no contact information and the issue is not resolved. You will never speak to the same person twice, you will likely never get paid, they are by far the most incompetent company we've ever worked with. Save yourself the headache, avoid working with this company.

I worked here for 2 years, worked my tail off for Vixxo. The management turnover is ridiculously frequent. I was promised promotions dozens of times, but even meeting "and exceeding" targeted quotas and deadlines never even got a pat on the back. The end result was they let me go, a week before Christmas. It not only ruined my family's Christmas, it also led to losing my home. I'll never forgive or forget how cold they were, and for those who work there and rate it 5 stars... Your suckers.

Short Story, we had some issues. Vixxo, was able to resolve the issues as promised in a timely manner once I was in contact with the right people. Thanks to Jim Reavey their president for the help and understanding. Also thanks to Shawnacy, her Director, and Chris Hutchcraft for all their help as well. My working relationship with Vixxo has been a pretty decent one as far as working with facility management companies. They all vary company by company. To be honest, as I learned throughout the process of the issues I had, I came to learn that the Client was actually the most of the real problem. They held up things on their end it wasn't so much Vixxo. But once the problem was brought to their attention they were quick to fix the issue so we could all go on about our days and prosper. I had suggestions from a contractor standpoint and those were taken by all involved and hopefully enlightened those who were unaware. It's two sides of the fence and we can't always expect people to know whats going on, on the other side. I hope to continue on with some of the work from Vixxo. Just remember if you're having problems, reach out. and from my experience follow their system and you won't have many if any. Read your contract, do the training, know the system and you should be fine.

Terrible company to work with, refuse business from this place! I'll just share some... highlights we've had with this company.

- You will NOT be paid in a timely manner. Very slow payers and the amount they owe you will only continue to rise.
- A mess of employees that cant cooperate. Some examples are that some employees don't even know how to use their own website, getting back to you with questions you had can take days, multiple employees will call about the same issue your company already gave them an answer for, they don't seem like they know what they're doing 1/2 the time, etc. (Only one employee out of the 10-30 I've worked with was ever helpful here and I thank her)
- Their website, MYFSN is the worst website in existence. Very outdated, not smoothly navigational, crashes constantly, limited options to submit simple information, I can go on about their website. I work with over 20 3rd party websites and nothing compares to how poorly designed this one is.

This is just scratching the surface with their issues. I'm sorry to say Vixxo, but you have a lot of growth before people will continue to do business with you.

WARNING: Any sign company contemplating taking work from this company, do yourself a favor and don't. They make it near impossible to submit invoices and once you go through this long ridiculous system, your invoices get rejected and you have to start over. Everyone I have spoken to in the industry has reflected the same thing. I would bet at this point they are having a hard time finding qualified installers. We have past due invoices with them that are over 200 days past due. We will be taking these unpaid invoices directly to THEIR client next week and repoing any parts we may have put in their signs. We have spent way more admin dollars just trying to get paid then we did install dollars to start with. If Vixxo ever calls, do yourself a favor and don't even answer. Absolutely HORRIBLE company to TRY to work with.

NOTE: Every single review posted here by an actual contractor is 1 star. Any reviews higher than that are their own employees trying to boost their rating. Vixxo being deceptive? OF COURSE! I wouldn't expect any less from these crooks. I intend on letting THEIR clients know how they treat all of their vendors. I tend to hold a grudge and be pretty vindictive when my trust is destroyed. So good luck with that Vixxo. You're just a bunch of crooks.

I am a General Contractor, in business for 16 years. Avoid Vixxo if you are contacted to perform work for them, I have been getting the run around for the last 2 months about being paid, with no resolution in sight.

Their communication starts out good, until you complete the work... then you are on your own, with no return calls or emails after a month of being asked for hourly billing rates etc, etc after the contract price was already agreed upon prior to the work beginning.

I responded to their clients emergency within 35 minutes, and they haven't paid after 2 months and counting, I will bill the client directly next, Huge time waster! Avoid! Not worth the hassle!
