I worked for Vixicom 1year and 2 months i was only given 30 thousand pesos and i was never told why i was being let go, in reality the supervisor i was working for did not like me and she was the trouble maker all along, i tried speaking with the head supervisor and he was like don't worry i will look into it, i know nothing would be done, the trainers tell you a whole lot of lies, and the supervisors have their favorites, i would never refer anyone to this company, this is the worst company ever...
According to the news, complaints from hundreds of people i know that have over 10 yrs of experience in call centers. This is like the WORST CALL CENTER IN THE CARIBBEAN!!! I would never apply here. and I heard they are paying that miserable $160 pesos an hour.... Come on guys??? Fix that reputation ASAP if you guys want real hustlers and good, happy and productive employees!!
The environment is amazing it's feels like a big family out of all the call center I've been this one is the Best . They're really flexible there is no pressure at all for a sales campaign as comcast if you're thinking of applying for a job call center related it's definitely The One
Your money will be play with, and if you decided to leave good luck getting your last check.
Very bad personal. The women who were interviewing me wouldn't listen she was grumpy and speak very harshly to me. Everyone who was interviewed by her leaves extremely mad and annoyed.
I like working here and enjoy the people I work with
Good place to work & make money. Nice work environment. If you want to learn about the industry & you're serious about making money, this is the place. Been here for 2 years. The only problem sometimes is mid-management.
