I have been with Viva since nearly 10 years. They have always been keeping in touch with me and checking on me when I chose to be SAHM to support my family and to take care of my New Born. They helped me to get back to work as soon as I was ready to be in corporate world again.
I have been working with Amandeep Maan. She is really prifessional at the same time she is really a warm and helpful human being.

I worked with Amandeep a recruiter for Viva USA, Inc. for approximately eight months and she was excellent. Out of no where back in February 2019 she called me about a contract position with Siemens and got me an interview. Following that phone call, she helped me prepare for the interview and in the end I got the job. On top of all that she reached out at least once a month to ask me how my assignment was going and to see if I needed anything. I would definitely recommend working with Viva and if you can, request Amandeep.

Viva USA IT is absolutely a legit company. I worked with them for 2 years as a Systems Administrator on a fed govt contract. The pay is great, they provide benefits, and the team works for you to make your experience comfortable.

Currently on a contract for 1.5 year and will be finishing in the end of September. Viva USA got me into a good paying position and I got a lot of very useful experience.
Thank you very much Viva for all your work and definitely looking to work with you in a future. I will be glad to recommend Viva USA to the people I know.

Received multiple calls from this company with the promise of a job. Not sure if it's a legit organization. They told me about a job with a local company and ask for my social security number. They told me about a contract job with a company. I reached out to an employee of that company on LinkedIn and ask them if this opportunity was viable. An HR team member told me to avoid calls from this fraudulent company....... they frequently use the names of known business brands to con people to share their social security numbers.
Approach with caution - do not share identifying information without receiving a legal, confirmed and verified letter of offer. No legal business organization... Small or massive....... ask for your social security number up front.

If I could give them a 0 star, I would be glad to do so. This company is a big scam. If you receive a phone call from them (without giving you any notice or schedule) just ignore them or even block them.
There is always Indian guys talking to you with heavy accent and asking or forcing you to accept a fake job position which usually associated with very good companies. Once you get hooked to the salary pay, they will start asking you to give them your SSN or DL number. (RED FLAG) Also, they ask you to replay your respond with your current resume. Keep in mind that they claimed themselves as recruiting agency, so why they do not have your resume at the first place. Next, they forcefully requires you to sign an agreement almost the same exact day right after they talked with you over the phone.
I had to freeze my credit score from various credit report websites after finding out that they are identity thefts. I should have read the Google comments earlier. So, I hope this review will save some other innocent college grad from their scams.
I got tricked to believe that they are actually helping me to find a job, never knowing that they took advantage of my situation which is desperately looking for a full time job opportunity to make the ends meet.
They are evil, and dishonest people. Stay away from them if you can! And thank me later.

Originally I was contacted by one recruiter and got an interview within a couple of days. I was not hired for that position, but shortly thereafter, VIVA called me back for another similar position and I was hired. I have been in this position for over three years and have had no trouble. I have appreciated the contact with managers and others within the firm and their attention to my position.

I've been associated with Viva for the past several years and I know the brand, staff and management as very respected, reputed in and around the Chicago area. They are nice people to work with, with experience and exposure in many industry domains.

After reading the comments and being contacted by Viva three times via phone, and two emails within 30 minutes in one day. I don't believe this agency will provide job candidates with an excellent job opportunity or an opportunity at all. It seems to be more of a telemarketer business ( scamp) than a professional agency. The phone calls and emails stop after I emailed S.M back and kindly decline further conversation regarding an HR job and asked her to cease any further communication.

This company has contacted me numerous times in the last 6 months, continuously asking if I am interested in work. Mind you, it's for the same position....processor. A couple of times I told them to submit me for the position. Once they "submit" you, there's NO follow up. No contact, nothing. I called back a couple of weeks after the 2nd "submission" to inquire about the status and was told that the position had been filled. Due to the lack of professionalism, I called the main office & complained about the constant calls & submissions with no real follow up or follow through, person I talked to was nice to speak with but had no real answer as to why their recruiters weren't following up. If this is what passes as a staffing agency then I want no parts of it.

I have been contracted under VIVA for about a month now. They have been very professional and transparent throughout the on boarding process. I have now worked for the client for about 2 weeks and VIVA has contacted me to make sure everything is going well. I would recommend this company to all.

The knowledge I learned from my assignment is in abundance. Through the agency I now have a job that I love going to everyday. I highly recommend Viva USA.

unprofessional staffing~ regard candidates as product to sell, push candidate to accept offer before any interview with on-site employer. Provided rate lower than industry. And they know it, so they kept asking me other interview and pay rate. Funny. Asked me how much to accept the offer before interview and I said I could not guarantee to take offer before interview, so they cancelled interview. Job is both selection thing, I need to know how my future supervisor like during the interview. Not jut like buying a car, how much can we close deal something like this. So J cancelled my interview one day before the interview to maintain a nice relationship with their clients, Aha I mam luckily to not deal with these kind of guys. Hope the people worked with me are not all the people like in this company. Good luck and keep awesome!

I didn't had a good experience with them. I received many job positions by email and a minute later, they're contacting me. Most of those positions is something I don't want to pursue nor interested. They get very annoyed and won't take no for an answer. Last call that I received was a few hours ago, and the lady was very rude to me. Avoid them, they're very unprofessional.

I'm not sure if this is a legitimate business but someone contacted me yesterday about a job. She was adamant about providing her with my personal information (my date of birth and my social security number). I advised I wasn't comfortable with giving that information over the phone & told her I would respond to her emails (she sent 2 before the phone call). I never responded because I don't think this business is in fact real. This morning I received 7 phone calls from her in an hour (I blocked the number but it still shows when a call is rejected) & another email. At this point I just want the calls to stop, whether this business is real or not, 7 calls in an hour can be considered harassment.
