I was amazed at the selection of BC and Import Wines at this little store in a convenient downtown location. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable too.

Horrible customer service! They never said hello, thank you or even goodbye! The girl at the front sat there cleaning instead of asking me if I needed her to ring me up. Then the person who actually rang me up and another employee started a whole conversation in the middle of my transaction before finishing. Take your business somewhere else! Poor excuse for a neighborhood liquor store.

I always go to this liquor store to get drinks since its near by and never once had the old Caucasian cashier even acknowledge the fact that we were there. Not welcoming whats so ever. Even making a purchase he could care less. If I could give this zero stars for customer service I would.

Asked a very simple question and was rebuffed by a very rude member of staff. Tip to the owner your customers are important it s best not to be outright rude to them. I will not be visiting this establishment again.

This liquor store offers very rare and unique items which are close to impossible to find elsewhere at mainstream liquor stores. The customer service is excellent. Prices are somewhat on the higher end, however you get access to alcohol that you can't purchase anywhere else. Worth a visit.

Great place for hard to find wines. Excellent, knowledgeable staff that have great suggestions.

Store advertises limited quantity, one per person. Called a friend who was interested in the same item. She changes plans to come along and grab one. Get to store, I buy one, she asks for one and is told it is actually not a limit of one per customer but one per group of people who happened to carpool together. Offered to show ID that we don't live in the same house but nope. Guy working the till couldn't believe it either but other staff member (manager?) was insistent that my friend couldn't buy one so she basically just wasted her time coming. Oh well. There are many many options in this city, will spend my money in those stores.

They locked the door 4 min before closing. Somebody was died in front of my eyes. And I need to relieve stress. And I was running to buy a bottle of wine but they were closed already! And I saw few people through the door and they purposely ignored me! So upset. Will never go there again!

Good selection of wines and beer to be found here. For wines, there is an international variety, including local Canadian, Australian, New Zealand, USA, Argentinian, Spanish and French.

Staff happy to help you or let you browse slowly.

Highly recommend a browse. So many gems packed into this small space. Talk to the team and take their recommendations... They are down to earth pros and will steer you into a great new bottle.

Super friendly staff and amazing beer and wine selection. They ordered in a case of beer from out of town that was hard to obtain. Amazing shop and so pleased to have them downtown. Way better beer selection than the BC Signature Liquor store.

Misleading about their being a craft beer destination. I guess it's all what you consider "craft beer" lol. IMHO Brewery Creek uptown on Main & 14th beats the balls off this place, hands down. Staff was a little rude & uptight, but this can be forgiven as I overheard a clerk whispering about his constant fear of the owner. Must be hell to work for a douchebag....

Owners are always willing to help select a wine to pair with your dinner. The have always been bang on for me!

All cold beer and wine store charge more BUT this store takes it to the next level. Avoid!!!

Decent for downtown. Convenient location and half decent selection. Some prices are great and others seem very high but overall a good little store.

All the shop assistants are kind and willing to speak to you. We also recommended that you find something that suits your taste. If the surrounding security is a little better, it is 5 stars.

Viti offers a great international variety of very good wines. You can find products from Argentina, Chile, US, Spain, France, Italy... and even Canada! It is quite unlikely that you do not find what you are looking for.

A great bottle and wine shop. We are visiting from California and looking for good BC wines to try. The store manager recommended Orofino 2016 Syrah from Similkameen Valley. It was outstanding. Friendly people, great service. Highly recommended!

For those of you who love craft beer, including more esoteric beers, this is the place for you.

I visited this place to buy a present for my father. I know nothing about liquor and the staff helped me so kindly. He showed me all whiskey & gin & wine recommendations from the Canada (cause I asked for something Canadian) and I could finally buy a whiskey made in a distillery in Vancouver. I haven't give this to my father yet but Im sure he's gonna love it anyway. I went to buy my father's gift, but the staff were very kind and recommended me. I didn't drink and bought gin and whiskey. I didn't give you my father yet.

A large selection for a relatively small outlet. They have excellent selection of rare types of beer that I enjoy (wines too I think just not my thing).

Bought a bottle of liquor 10 dollars over priced compared to BC liquor store. Never going back
