I have had treatment at this facility and the facility in Park Ridge IL. The staffing (physical therapeutist) are great. However, I still can't get the medical billing codes from them. You see, the purpose of my visit there was due to the auto accident. They have done great job to get me back on my feet. However, it has been over 8 months and I and my insurance, still can't get the medical billing codes from them. The purposely keep sending the wrong information and delaying the claim process on my end. I have spoken with multiple people there and none of them are capable to do their job. I have filed complaint with them, and once again it is useless. They got paid and that is all they care about.

Vital is a five-star place. Tom and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. I was treated for a back and shoulder pain. They took time to evaluate my condition and to listen to my problems. I have received customized set of home exercises with detailed instruction. Every time I came for treatment session I was impressed with organization, efficiency and friendliness of the staff. I have received several treatments and I left the clinic feeling so much better. I can truly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy.
