My wife and I are a huge fans of Dr. M. She explains thoroughly and tells you exactly what is wrong, no sugar coating but soft enough to make you feel comfortable with procedure.
We like her very much , that our extended family are now her patients!

Dr. Mavromatis is a wonderful professional and I have been her patient for over 14 years. She is thorough with her exams and has a great bedside manner. Her hygienist and the rest of the staff are also very professional and friendly. I have never felt pain in her chair and like the way she explains what to expect next. She has always worked with cutting edge technology, such as digital xrays and her office is state of the art. When she sees something I may be doing wrong, such as brushing too hard in one area, or flossing the wrong way, for example, she is proactive in helping me correct it. I would highly recommend Dr. Mavromatis!

First off, I wanted to say how truly great full I am that the office staff particularly Samantha was able to squeeze me in to see the doctor. Staff were super friendly. Doctor Christopher saw me without an appointment, during a quick trip to Queens from Fl. where I now live. Her staff was friendly, courteous, clearly experienced and professional.
She was terrific-had a temporary in my mouth, took the impressions, had them done overnight, all while doing ten things at once- I would recommend her and her staff without hesitation.

Worst experience of my life!
I don't know why my visit there seems different from the others in the reviews, but not only did the staff take almost an hour just to see me and were very rude and disrespectful, but they also seemed incompetent and only interested in getting more money out of me, aside from the hygienist and the assistant. My dad also used to go there and there were times where his crowns wouldn't even make it back to the house! He would ask why and the doctor would lie and say that it was common and that he would need to schedule another appointment with them to get it fixed, but the first crown he got elsewhere stayed in longer than any he got here. 1/5 avoid at any cost!

Dr. Mavromatis is the most professional and knowledgeable dentist I have ever been to. Being over age 50 I have been to many dentists in my life and this is the first time I can say that I have confidence and trust in a professional dentist. The doctor has gone out of her way to intelligently explain all procedures she was doing with explanation no other dentist ever took the time to explain to me. She loves being a dentist in my opinion and truly enjoys helping people in her areas of expertise. My wife is responsible for referring her to me. My wife told me she is a fantastic dentist and felt very happy with her whole office and boy was she right! Dr. Mavromatis is a great asset in her field of Dentistry and I am very happy to be a patient.
Dr Mavro always make your feel comfortable. The staff makes kind pleasant small talk and the waiting room has magazines. What more do you need?

Dr.Mavromatis has been our family dentist for years. She is a true professional, with the great talent of making you comfortable by explaining everything she does. And her injections do not hurt one bit, I promise. Highly recommended - you will not want to go to another dentist after visiting Dr. Mavromatis.

My best experience in a doctors's office. I was sited on time. The doctor proceeded with the examination and discussed issues and approaches to healthy oral hygiene. The staff was courteous. Most important the Novocaine shot was painless. Highly recommenced.

I started going to Dr. Mavromatis a few years back because I wanted someone closer to home and not make the long trip into Manhattan. Turns out she is great. She is very patient and attentive. Great staff who are very educated individuals. They are always very welcoming and friendly. I was recommended from someone when I experienced a horror of a dentist and they swooped in and saved the day. They also check for things, such as lumps around your neck and mouth, which I ve never experienced before, they really know their stuff and create a bind with each patient making you feel special and comfortable. Come here! You re in great hands.
