My mother and I visited the tree house last evening, June 9. We arrived at 4:00, thinking an hour would be plenty of time to taste the 4 wine flight and experience the facility. I've been looking for a winery/wine club to join, for the wines and the tasting experience for our out of town guests. We were very underwhelmed by the service- we were ignored and had to literally stand in front of the workers at the bar to get noticed. Not just to get our glasses, but for every single time we wanted the next wine. We were never once served, but had to return to the bar.
Because of the poor service, it took quite a while to get through the tastings. When we went to check out, the music had been changed into what I assume was an after hours selection, and I walked up to the bar with "f bombs" greeting me through the sound system- VERY unprofessional.
The grounds are beautiful, and the wines were actually quite decent, but I have no interest in visiting your tasting room again, nor purchasing your wines based on the very poor and unprofessional service we received. There are many wineries, and I'm sure we can find one which provides good customer service and is more deserving of our business.

I absolutely loved the treehouse. The views are gorgeous and the staff here takes good care of you and does a great job sharing the history of Vista Hills with you. Wines we tasted were unique as well. The ambiance is so perfect - we felt so relaxed and the space is clean and simple. Would absolutely go again!!

As wine goes, Vista Hills is one of our favorites. As a place to visit and tasting rooms go, Vista Hills sets a high bar for wineries in the area. The building is gorgeous and the rooms are inviting. However, one sunny summer days it can get very crowded and the parking lot can get very full.

Amazing, professional staff and a beautiful location. The Vista Hills Treehouse is a great place to spend an afternoon sipping wine and enjoying the beautiful views of the Willamette Valley.

This place is great. Way better than the Trump supporting Domaine Serene corporate vineyard next door. Laid back feel, good music, casual and comfortable environment. Their 2016 Skyraider is superb. I hate to give such a good rating because More

Disappointed....my husband and I have been on and off members (so many great wineries around there so we alternate) for many years. I introduced a very good friend to this winery years back and she is getting married soon! Her out of state sister planned to take her and some of her girlfriends out for a bachelorette wine tasting. She didn t realize that she needed to make an appointment and it was a surprise to the bride. They recieved some snide remarks from one of the pourers (Stefanie) for not having an appointment. Stefanie asked the group to order bottles so she didn t have to go out and pour each time (which is understandable, large group of people that the winery wasn t prepared for, yes bottles should be purchased and they were). This group is not your typical bachelorette party (girls gone crazy or wild type). Again, this bride has been to this winery with me and was very respectful to this establishment along with her company. As they left, they were asked by Stefanie to not return.

This winery has many people visit and my hopes are that management reads this. Pourers are the front lines to the winery and its wine. They are suppose to be presenting and educating us on the fabulous wine that Vista Hills makes. It was poor customer service and a good loss for Vista Hills. I won t be visiting this establishment anymore. Too many good wineries and competition around there to deal with poor customer service. Sorry Vista Hills, please consider your front line people. They are so very important to your product and company to hire those without people skills.

Staff were very rude during our stay despite the fact that we purchased numerous bottles of wine and several food plates. The staff seemed annoyed to be serving us, which put a damper on the whole day. When management got feedback they were also rude. Take your money to another winery down the road.

We had our wedding at Vista Hills and HIGHLY recommend it!! The vineyard was an absolutely stunning backdrop for our ceremony and reception. Polly and Katie, wedding coordinators at Vista, were more than just day-of coordinators. They helped us throughout the entire planning process, answering questions, and following through to make sure that everything went smoothly. Our guests haven't stopped talking about how beautiful our wedding was. Everything was beautiful, professional, and the wedding went off without a hitch. Can't stop looking at the photos from our wedding as they are absolutely stunning. Thank you Vista Hills!

Discovered this little gem just up the road from Domaine Serene. Had a lovely picnic outside on their patio, enjoyed fantastic wine, and a spectacular view. If you're in the Dundee Hills, don't miss Vista Hills.

Good people make the wine better, and Vista Hills has no shortage of great people. We spent some time with the GM & Winemaker Dave, and at the beautiful tasting room. Staff were excellent, professional, and friendly, and the wines themselves were among the best I've tasted in Oregon. Must visit, must reserve at least an hour for a lazy tasting experience. Must walk away with a bottle of Pinot Gris that could sell for twice the asking price.

You drive down to the very end of a road into a hollow in a miniature oak Grove to a welcoming and attentive staff. We went out to the front patio appropriately named the treehouse and tried 3 very unique and we'll balanced wines. We then took a little break snacking on some delicious horderves before heading down to the lawn and trying some excellent traditional Oregon Pinot noirs. There was an incredible view down into the valley and a relaxing laid back atmosphere, it was a true 5 star experience.

Vista Hills was one of our last stops on our week-long trip to the Valley, and it was a spur of the moment decision to stop in. Every one of the 6 people in our party echoed the same sentiments. Vista Hills was our favorite wine, and by far our favorite tasting experience due to the amazing staff!! Very glad we stopped at Vista Hills!! The wine club is great too!!

Selecting one star since zero isn t an option ... I visited this winery from Colorado and was shocked by the terrible customer service. The staff was unapologetically rude and virtually nonexistent. Our group even cleaned up our area for them as they paid us no attention ... surprising, given we had a large group and purchased a great deal of wine. When we complained to the general manager, he said we won t be extorted by the threat of a bad review . Needless to say our feedback fell on deaf ears, so I m assuming there hasn t been improvement. Thus the purpose of this review - pick a better winery for a nice experience. Cheers!

My wife and I have been coming here for years! Ryan and the staff has always treated us like family! The wine is always good and the customer service even better with the family feel. Highly recommend!
