Worst office I've ever been to. They decided for me not to charge my insurance and made me pay out of pocket. When I said wait hold on it was too late. Then I had to pay for my contacts again. This drained my bank account. Thanks
Talk about something to be thankful for ...!! I have a rare eye condition that starred in my 30s... I have been told for many years by many and also after an eye surgery in Cleveland.... that I could not have good enough vision with glasses to pass a drivers exam or have good vision daily...then I met Dr. Miller and his amazing staff!! Now I'm very happy to say yes, I can see with glasses and we ordered a set of hybrid contact lenses also! Friendly, full of energy, very knowledgeable....I could go on and on! These wonderful people I've met recently, they are a big part of what I'm thankful for this holiday!! Thanks guys!!
My children, husband, and I have been going to this office for a very long time. Dr. Miller is friendly and very knowledgeable. He found a rare problem with my son's eyes which helped us to find out he has a rare genetic disorder. Everyone there has always been wonderful and great with my kiddos. I have referred many people to Dr. Miller over the years. We are very grateful for him and his staff.
I have been going to Visioncare Associates Inc, since I was a little girl ( currently 23) I have had great services from all the staff and from Dr. Miller (who is a family friend). Getting an appointment for a check up is simple and hassle-free. I have taken advantage of their extended hours to work around my busy work schedule. Saturdays hours are great, I was able to get in a out. I recommend to anyone whom has a family and works long hours.

My first time at this location. Super nice here: Dr. Miller, a really really nice doc, my tech who was very nice and patient with me, the woman who helped me pick out my new frames and the front end staff! They were all fast, professional, thorough and super pleasant. Please dont change a thing I will definitely be back!
