I sub-contracted with VTS for 2 years and I have to say they made all the difference in the world when it came to meeting my expectations of employment and making sure I was happy with my employer. Their HR team was particularly happy to go to bat for me when I wanted to ask for more responsibilities, and they not only came back with them, but a raise to boot!

I will always be thankful for their support and professionalism in finding me a job that I'd be suited for, and then making sure I had opportunities with that employer moving forward.

The recruiters, especially Sean Noonan, are extremely personable and professional. They will not try to "force fit" you into a role that does not suit your skills or career goals. But, they will work closely with you to hone your resume and your presentation once you do find the perfect match.

Vision seems to have a "first-name" connection with every technical hiring manager in the Baltimore area. They can be sure to get your resume past the screeners into the hands of the people that actually make the hiring decisions, and they literally will walk along side you every step of the way from the first interview to the first day at your new job.

Vision is the first place that I call when I need to find a new position. It was the place that stepped up to help my son when he wanted to move back to the area, and it is the first number I give out when I meet a IT worker looking to make a change.

I've been in the Front End development industry for 15 years and I have been part of many great companies and some not so great. And Vision is at the very top for sure! My personal recruiter Jeremy is a super star. This guy will step in while in vacation to make sure I am not delayed in my starting day with the new contract. And when the first contract I had with them was terminated prematurely, Jeremy and Jacqui put on their fighting shoes and they did a stellar job to get me placed within 2 WEEKS!!!! Jacqui Phippen is extremely communicating and making sure you are taken care of. She was crucial while my previous contract suddenly decided to change. And within minutes, she had Jeremy on queue.

I know some times it is impossible to guarantee, but I will try to stay with them for as long as I can. These guys care and that's not something I can say for other recruitment companies who only treat you as a cash cow. I am sure whoever your recruiter will be, he/she will be just as amazing. I think Vision's culture attracts, trains, and only employs people who are willing to work for you

Definitely Give VT a call if you're looking for a placement. My recruiter Sean had multiple opportunities for me within days of making contact, and was willing to work with me determine the best fit (a trait which experience has proven rare in recruiters). My client engagement manager Jacqui is also always on the ball, and is genuinely interested in getting me the resources and feedback I need to be successful. Vision's also got an all round upbeat, positive energy, which can make all the difference in your work experience.

I absolutely LOVED my time with Vision Technology Services. Everything from the recruiting process through both of my positions was amazing. Brad's interview prep assured me that I was prepared to handle my interviews. Both of the Client Engagement Managers (Kristen and Gus) were outstanding to work with once I was in position. There were consistent check-ins to see how I was doing while in my positions. The entire Vision team advocated for their contractors.
