I would highly recommend this company! Our service technician He was awesome, and I would like to request him from here on out! He had great communication skills, friendly, professional, went over and beyond cleaning the equipment while installing and touching things in the office. He took pride in his work, and it showed tremendously. Also, the delivery driver was very nice as well and practiced the same sanitation procedures.
We're extremely happy with V.O.S. and Jason. He helped us switch from one very large & expensive Canon ImagePress machine in our office to multiple smaller machines that our team can use in their home offices as we transitioned from working together in the office to all working remotely. We need the capability of color 12"x18" printing, scanning & copying (not very typical). Jason was great about giving me options and walking me through the pros & cons of each. Then they showed up when they said they would and didn't leave until all the functions were working perfectly. He also checks-in every couple months to see if we have any problems. Thankfully, we haven't had any.
